This letter is in response to the complaint from [redacted] regarding her refundJust to set a few things straight from the complaintHer boyfriend is the person that rented the unit, [redacted] , not Ms [redacted] The rental period was not two years, but one year and five monthsThey did pay monthly and on time The time period that we received their notice to vacate was during some office renovations and, unfortunately, their refund was delayed a monthIt was mailed in August and the refund was returned to us as" undeliverable" The vacate notice address was; [redacted] **which looked like [redacted] The check was rushed Into the 5pm mail that same day It was returned to us and phone messages left at both of the numbers on the vacate letter to inform them Apparently, this complaint was filed durlng all of thisAs far as not being able to get ahold of us with no voice mail, that is incorrectWe have an answering machine on 24-and messages are checked daily except some weekends when we are out of the officeCalls are then returned MondayPerhaps because the machine does not pick up until the 5-ring, she may have hung up We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused on our behalfAs requested by Ms [redacted] , an additional check (# ***) will be Issued in that regard made payable to [redacted] as of today, Sept12, We hope that this satisfies the complaint Sincerely, Boehlke's Tri-Star Storage
