Review: This company is a joke. First they tried to collect for 2/workers for 8 hours each. When they came to do the job it was 1 1/2 hrs with one worker. Now because they didn't notice that a DRIP tray was melted our motor is ruined and they don't want to do anything about it.Desired Settlement: They said it wasn't melted when they looked at it and it is NOT their problem.

Boehmer Heating and Cooling Co.’s first contact with this customer was on 11/5/2012.

Review: We called this company firstly to repair our furnace. We asked to the same technician to servicing the AC unit, afterwards. After he finished changing the gas valve of the furnace, he 'supposedly' checked with a device the coolant charge of the AC unit. He told me at that moment that it was very load, that needed to be replaced. That that meant there was a leak somewhere that he needed to find and repair it. That if he couldn't find maybe it was needed to replace the coil, costing about $1,500. We arranged for him to come back a certain date and time. He didn't show up at the scheduled time and we decided to go with another company, since we didn't find this technician very professional.The technician from this new company came and told us that the AC unit was in perfect condition, that is pretty new. It only needed a good cleaning and replace a filter. Then, the technician from Boehmer lied! He wanted to get more money from us! I called the company to let them know what happened and that I was planning to file a complaint the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Some kind of action from the company against this dishonest employee, so he can't do the same to other people, unless, of course, that this company is aware but is an accomplice.

Thanks for your response.In fact, I believe I am entitle to some kind of compensation. I would settle this issue for an amount of $89, that is the amount that the technician charged for a diagnosis, and did not discount this amount from the total charged at the end for the furnace repair.That added to the misguided diagnosis for the AC unit

I needed to have my AC tuned. I called them and told them to send someone who's skinny. I said this because my AC is very tough to get to. What do they do? They send some fat slob who couldn't do the job. He takes some pictures and sends them back to show why he couldn't do the job and then he leaves. HE DID NOTHING - except take some pictures.

What do they do? They send me a bill for $99.00 and request payment - FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Those arrogant a*holes also add finance charges to the bill.
