Spiriva Respimat. Product is great...been using it for over a decade.
B.I. uses 3rd party partner, Solutions Plus to advertise online 12 months of free Spiriva Respimat. However on using one of their approved Savings Cards, it is NOT "free" at all.
Solutions Plus says there are certain cost considerations (not specified on the card nor on the https://www.spiriva.com/copd/savings-support website) that preclude the "free" acquisition of Spiriva Respimat. This is false advertising on B.I.'s part.

Thank you for reaching out to us in this
matter. We have been conducting a promotion for Zantac over the last several
months, offering consumers a mail-in rebate up to $11.00 for the purchase price
of any one Zantac 24ct or 30ct.
We were contacted by the consumer on April 28,
who received a letter notifying them that their rebate had been denied. Upon
hearing from this consumer, we immediately launched an investigation into the
claim with our rebate fulfillment vendor. During our investigation, we determined
that this consumer, along with a few others, had their rebates inadvertently
denied due to a processing error. We have corrected the error with the
fulfillment vendor, and have issued all affected consumers their rebate. We
will continue to work with the fulfilment vendor on process improvements to
ensure this does not happen again.
It is our hope that our follow up with the
consumer and this letter fully resolves this matter.  We thank you for your work in protecting
consumer interests. If you have any additional questions, please contact our

Review: I submitted a rebate for Zantac in late March. In late April or early May, I received a letter from Boehringer Ingelheim alleging that my "submission has not met the requirements for obtaining the rebate check". The letter did not state what was wrong with my submission or how I could re-submit. I called the company and was told they would contact the "vendor"? and they would let me know. I never heard anything back. I contacted them by e-mail and was told "Thank you for contacting Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals. Your inquiry was forwarded to the vendor for review. If they deem your case eligible for the rebate, you will receive a check in the mail." Again, no mention was made about what was wrong with the initial submission or how I could fix it.Desired Settlement: I would like to know what was wrong with the original submission and how I can fix the problem. Frankly I believe that now I should get my money back regardless. I also think Boehringer Ingelheim should be required to tell the rebate submitter how to re-submit.

Review: I purchased [redacted] 150mg 24 ct over the counter medication for $8.99 in [redacted] on Jan 7th 2015. This came with a mail-in-rebate of upto $11. However, my rebate was not processed. I waited for 3 months and I contacted the rebate customer service on April 18th 2015 and they told me that they are new provider for [redacted] starting April 1st 2015 and do not handle any rebate submitted before. They asked me to contact the manfacturer and I contacted them so many times but no response. One time, they asked me to email the forms, receipts and copy of UPC to [redacted].com and no response back. I filled out online form on their website, still no response. I have the rebate forms, receipts and the copy of UPC and still they are not honoring my rebate.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund my $8.99 rebate as check to me as they promised in the rebate. If they like, I can send copies of everything.

Review: Spiriva capsules are empty, I have contacted them, my Dr.s office has contacted them and this is a cintinuing problem with the capsulesDesired Settlement: Fix the problem, I am paying for this medication and it is an ongoing problem that some of the capsules are empty in every order

Review: A rebate was filed for a purchase that I made on 5/8/15 at the [redacted] in [redacted] for [redacted] priced

at $17.47 (without tax). I used the website http://www.[redacted].com/ which offered a rebate up to $20. To date,

I have not heard anything back from [redacted], et al about issuing me the promised refund. The rebate was submitted

for on May 9th 2015.Desired Settlement: Rebate in the amount of $17.47 as promised.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] as part of their Try It Free offer on January 7, 2015 from [redacted] using my [redacted] card. I mailed the dated cash register receipt, UPC and the completed rebate form to the [redacted] Rebate Offer on February 12, 2015. I received a letter in the mail stating that [redacted] will not honor their rebate agreement by sending me a check for the purchase price because the post mark is past the postmark date. This is the only thing they indicated was wrong with my submission and it is untrue. I xeroxed all of my materials that I sent to [redacted] at [redacted] Office on February 12, 2015 before I I went to the post office and mailed the items to [redacted] so I would have a record of my purchase in case of a dispute. I mailed all of my items to [redacted] immediately after leaving [redacted] Office.I have copy of all the items sent to [redacted], along with copies of both my [redacted] statement showing my purchase of [redacted] at [redacted] and my [redacted] card statement showing my xeroxing purchase at [redacted] Office.

In searching on [redacted], it appears that this sort of thing is a standard bait and switch used by many companies to defraud consumers. I believe [redacted] received more response to the offer than they anticipated and now are refusing to honor all of the rebates as they should.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund check for the purchase price of $4.99.

Review: This company is commiting bait & swith sales practice. Back in November 2014 I purchased this company product [redacted] because it was offered free after mail in rebate. I promptly submitted my rebate according to term and conditions it requires. To my srprice, my rebate was denied because of comleted rebate certificate not provided. First of all, if the completed rebate certificate wasn't provided, how I received a denial letter? Secondly, I made a photocopy of my submission, and the rebate certificate looked comleted to me. I tried to contact [redacted] to resolve this matter, but so far I haven't received my $9 rebate check. I believe this companny is commiting federal crime, mail froud by refusing to pay against submitted rebate form.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] pay me $9 rebate it fraudently denied
