I am [redacted] responding back to the complaintI told this person that he better not be in a hurry about this truck I run wrecker calls and they came first but I don't understand why he said most of the money had been paid only thing that was paid for was the parts for the labor I didn't received any money just a fireplace for doing the work He didn't give me time to finish it and was almost finish when he told me to take it to another place and why should I be in a hurry to finish it when I knew I wouldn't get paid for the labor or the tows? Oh by the way the fireplace wouldn't have paid for all the expenses

*** *** was to be paid the balance of the labor when completeHis total for labor was to be $in which the heater received was a total of $I, *** ***, purchased and paid for all parts to complete the truck work*** *** had the truck for about 1/months which did not take that long to replace a head gasketHe did not pursue working on the truck until the complaint was filedHe then claimed to have finished the Truck, but then it would not crankHe informed us that it did not crank and he would have to go back into the engine in which we had informed him not toAt this point we decided to have the truck towed to another location at *** ***' expense. When the truck was delivered to the other location, the engine was completely apartWe are now having to pay for someone else to do the work. The engine was properly working when *** *** received the truck other than the head gasket needing to be replaced.This is very unacceptable for this business. *** ***
