had a heating and ac installed , the install techs. where nice , put up with our two dogs during the install , they had to come back to finish the ac install ( bad weather , middle of winter ) , after they completed the install , I went to inspect their work , found where they left the insulation on the floor , that was in the house sill , also could see day light around the pipes exiting the house , they did not close the plenum ( missed it with the self tapping screws ) left gap from top to bottom of plenum , also 6 screw holes in the plenum with no tape or sealant on or in them , but did a fine job of basket weaving the thermostat wire around the gas pipe , never a follow up call or visit to see if we where satisfied or not , until final payment wasn't made , then only that one call still no follow up ,

check their work before they leave , I didn't have the chance to , was out of town for business .
They are a good as their word! Very quick, even on a Saturday! Found the problem right away with my air conditioner and in less than a half hour, fixed and running!
Unfair price practices. Gouging.
I contacted this well known HVAC company expecting exceptional service. Having done with another company similar HVAC work the previous year, I had an idea prices what to expect. After the gentleman provided me a $1000 quote for service (after talking with me and looking st my system) I offered my critism and then asked him to leave. He also asked me to pay $100 service call for his 15 minutes he was here during which time he never used one tool or removed any panels. This unreasonable level of service is unacceptable. I called a different reputable HVAC processional and when we was able to arrive he performed the needed work and charged me a fair $145. It saddens me that many people will have the same experience I had but will not know to try quoting multiple companies.
Cancel my diagnostic charges. I will not be paying them. No work was performed. If quotes were reasonable, I would have proceeded with the work.

customer called requesting service. we told him a service call is $98.00. unit is leaking and very low on refrigerant. 3 1/2 ton system. told him he needed a leak search, remove existing refrigerant and then a recharge to factory specifications. $ 1,076. dollars.
he declined the repair. fine, we will take our 98 dollars and leave. he refused to pay us. we should be the ones turning him in to the authorities for non-payment as agreed. obviously he is not comparing the same level of service. you get what you pay for.

Business owner doesn't get the point. His rates are 4x-6x than other local certified professionals. He tried to gouge me and scare me with unreasonable prices. Most customers with his scheme will elect to buy a new unit instead of fix one for thousands of dollars less. He did not get any tool out and did t even touch my unit. I cannot pay him for doing nothing. I lost earnings by wasting my time with him.
I am always very happy with the service I receive from Boelcke. When it is an emergency they are right on it. Getting someone out to help me as soon as possible. This time, it was basically maintenance, but I told *** a problem I thought I noticed and he was able to fix. He is always very nice, polite and tries to do his task as quickly as possible. Thanks to all of Boelcke for their fine service.
The folks at Boelke did a wonderful job for us. They came out when they said they would, they explained in detail what we thought we needed (an entire new HVAC system) gave us a clear and reasonable quote, they then delivered and installed the equipment on the days they said they would, and they gave us outstanding follow-up when we had questions. I would recommend them to anybody.
