Hi [redacted], we are not showing any records of your vehicle in my shop for the February/March 2015 timeframe. In fact, I just did a search for your email address in my inbox, and it appears that it was already at Star Dodge by that point. Are you sure that you're not looking for service records from the end of 2014 from my store? You did reference that you wanted service records from the 2014 visit in your first email to me. I will forward all of our email correspondence back to you right now, as well.
