I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concern,I was unaware that I could post a response. I would like the complaint to be not answered. I did in fact have to call a plumber to my home. The plumber had to cut my wall and repair the valve. The plumber stated that there was no reason to place a wrench on such a small valve and that operating the valve by hand would not have caused the valve to break. This was most definitely done by using the wrench. I will now have to contract a drywall specialist to repair the hole in my wall as well. Furthermore, I am appalled that this company (Boerner appliance) allowed someone to enter my home that was not an employee and for this person to also perform work in the capacity of an employee. If this individual had gotten hurt at my home I would be personally liable. -- [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the response.
