I am rejecting this response because: The ring was not worn! I only tried it on in front of the sales person and off again Where it was safety stored in it's ori***l box and store bag I came back within the time period to return it because it was too big for my finger I am truly upset with so much dishonesty for a store manager I would like to apologize for getting upset with her but I expected to be treated right and I wasn't I expected to get a refund that day and she refused which is wrong

After speaking to the manager of our Gander location, we received the following response to this complaint:
The customer was granted an exchange onJanuary 12for a Pandora ring. In March the customer came back to receive a return on this item. Our refund policy states, a refund can be given up to 14 dates after the purchase date on items in the ori[redacted]l condition. The item the customer wanted to return was clearly worn as the customer wore it leaving the store at the time of exchange.
As this item is worn, we will not be able to refund it for the customer. However, if they wanted us to return it to Pandora and see if they will replace it then we would do an exchange or refund at that time.
