Bogdan Appraisals

Hello,This is in response to a complaint field by Mr [redacted] , regarding an appraisal on the property located at [redacted] , MA This is a divorce situation and Mr [redacted] , is not my client and I am not at liberty to speak with him regarding the appraisal The appraisal made on the subject property is considered to reflect the market conditions and the overall condition of the property at that time It would be in violation of USPA for me to discuss the property with him or anyone else as my client did not identify any other party that would allow me to talk with him regarding the appraisal It appears Mrs [redacted] may have shared the report with him however she has not given permission to speak with him I have forwarded communication with Mrs [redacted] and her Attorney With approval of Mrs [redacted] and or her Attorney I will submit the emails regarding communication regarding this matter.Respectfully, [redacted] [redacted]
