We have submitted a written letter to [redacted] in regards to [redacted]' lenses. We are awaiting a response from her insurance company. It is taking a little longer than usual but we're doing our best to accommodate [redacted].

[redacted] came to our establishment on June [redacted] to place an order on her contact lenses. She stopped by the office a week later we informed her that that her lenses weren't available and a pair of trial lenses were given to her which would have lasted her two weeks until her lenses were ready.
