I had another company come to check out my heat pump. They found several issues that needed taken care of. After having no luck contacting this other company I went to Boggs. I explained the situation that I was having. Boggs offered to come out to my house, free of charge, to see if they would find the same problems. An extremely professional technician came to my house. He did a complete check of the unit and found that the problems weren't what the other company had said. Actually the part they said I needed was not bad. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, have competent technicians, and price wise very competitive. Maybe being a little cheaper than other companies. Great service and friendly.
