I am rejecting this response because: First of all I wasn't at home when Two Men had came into my home and put the furnace and A.Csystem in My HomeI call *** he, told me that the system was in and I needed to pay $12,I told him I have home owner's Insurance only have to pay $3,or less for both system he was arguring with me trying to tell e about my insurance then asking me how was I going to get the $3,where was it coming fromThen *** & *** both men wanted to come to my home to talk to me to try and make me keep the systemI told them NoI call the office talk to *** he theaten me with a Lien against My Home I told *** he cover for ***It got so bad *** tried getting in my credit Bureau but I had my credit on Freeze I did cancel the next day they acted like I didn't not tell themI tryed to call Park Mechanical they do not want to talk they serve me with a Notice to Property Owner Lien PaperYes I did cancel "I call the Police they told me to exept the papers given to me! *** Threaten me 12-28-I told *** Manager 12-28-He cover up for *** plus the two Men who put the system in had said the inside of the house needed to be insulated too due to a new furnace but they wanted another $3,dollars to do the job*** contractor said that the inside didn't need itThey even took out, I just had the job of a new thermostat put in so that I could pay the rest of the money for my furnace & AC System, and insulation put in for less moneyThe two men that put the furnace & AC system they broke my fish aquarium and the water from the aquarium ran on my expensive rug and didn't even tell me what had happen*** took off a $1,Everything wasn't professionally done, right at allI even was nice and wrote a good recommendation letter for Park Mechanical for ***

On the day of the service I arrived a few minutes late and immediately apologized upon arrivalOnce I entered the home Ms*** escorted me to the kitchen table where we sat for 30-minutesWithin that time prior to starting maintenance on her system she began t yell at me about Park
Mechanical and the services she has received.During my visit with Ms*** began to tell me about another company that she has been talking to about doing scheduled maintenance on her HVAC system installed by Park Mechanical 07/03/2014; it was explained to Ms*** that she is a valued client. Park Mechanical Tech *** *** began maintenance on the HVAC systemDuring this time Ms*** stated she will not renew the Shamrock club membership with Park Mechanical*** *** inquired if Ms*** would like Park Mechanical to continue with the maintenance on her system and Ms*** replied "yes" and then stormed off with intense anger.Ms*** stated in her statement that I was in a hurryThe tech never advised Ms*** that he was in a hurry at anytime during the visitAs I continued with the AWI (Annual Warranty Inspection) I proceeded with checking the filters and the size of the filters to further document the scope of work and recommendations on the tech's invoice.As the Tech observed Ms***'s filter and ran a visual inspection of the filter's quality and efficiencyThe tech located a very dark powdery substance that filled all areas front and back of the filterIt caused the filter to look extremely inefficientThe tech stated he was highly curious as to why the filter was so darkThe client was concerned as well due to Park Mechanical just installed the system a year ago.The tech asked several questions in regards to the service being done @ the *** residenceFirst question: did she have any painting done? Mrs*** stated she did notSecond question: Ms*** was asked did she burn candles in the home? She stated noThird question: did she use powdery makeup or hair spray with color? she stated no.Park Mechanical tech finished up his maintenance visit and departed the home

It appears that we have been out to that location several times over the years and have recommended high flush toilets since the toilets keep getting cloggedEvery time the toilets have been clogged we have found different foreign items that do not belong in a toilet such as lysol wipesThe work
was completed without a warranty because we cannot control what people place in toiletsThe amount currently in dispute with the credit card company we do not have his funds to give back since the credit card company is holding the funds until their investigation is completed if we did decide to return the money. But please understand if people are putting items in the pipes that do not belong this will always happenThe employees must watch what they place in the pipesWe will reach out to the client but as I stated before he has reversed these charges with the credit card company already

Consumer states: We attempted to reach the company for about a month to try to get this resolvedWe were told we would receive a call backWe finally got contact with the company and then it took a few more days to get someone in to replace the unitAt this point, we are awaiting for the inspection to happen and will contact the Revdex.com should we experience further issues

I have been in contact with the client he said this complaint is old all the issues have been resolved we even sent out a cleaning service to clean his houseI just completed a phone call with him and he said everything has been resolved ***Ask me aboutTANKLESS WATER HEATERSWATER

measurements. They fixed the issue last Thursday, and it passed inspection on the Monday 11/13. The grille looks great now, and I am happy with the rest of work Park Mechanical did on the installation Park also did an install at my parents home a couple of years ago, and they had a great experience. I believe management has done what they needed to, not only resolve my problem, but to try and prevent future incidents like this from occurring. Thank you.***

On 1/18/18 we made the necessary adjustments to the clients equipment.  Unit is operational and client is satisfied.

Thank you for your involvement in this matter as it facilitated a quick response and resolution. The wall has been restored to closely resemble its condition before it was altered for access. I would like to be clear to mention there was never an issue with the quality of equipment or work surrounding new heat and air unit Park Mechanical installed. My only complaint was the lack of communication or willingness to follow through with what was damaged. Now that has been resolved I am happy.

We are trying to work out a resolution with Mrs. [redacted]  We have reached out to her via telephone, so we can com to a complete resolve with this concern.  Our goal is 100% client satisfaction.  We are willing to do whatever it takes.  We have not been able to reach Mrs. [redacted]

could make things right. I called back and I couldn't leave a message, the phone was doing a weird beeping noise. I haven't seen anything in hand so I dont want to close it until that happens. I don't know what shes talking about as far as compensation for my time. I am not a employee to be compensated for time. I think they have me confused with someone else. "

I have spoken to this client and he has confirmed that all issues have been resolved

All of her complaints have been resolved within our company to satisfy her we even compensated her for her time.

Hello,       We have made several attempts to work with Mrs. [redacted].  Starting with the initial order was for $12,150 and financed through [redacted].  During our initial visit our comfort adviser [redacted] worked with both Mrs. [redacted] and [redacted] to go over the financing...

options.  [redacted] stayed with Mrs. [redacted] while she submitted her documents to [redacted] in case she needed any further assistance.  Once [redacted] informed us they had everything we needed [redacted] left, making sure Mrs. [redacted] was happy with her new purchase and financing.  The next day Mrs. [redacted] contacted [redacted] and cancelled her financing, [redacted] went back out to Mrs. [redacted]'s home to further assist Mrs. [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] was unhappy with the terms and fees associated with her financing to provide 1st in class service [redacted] provided a large discount to Mrs. [redacted] of $1,500 to cover any fees associated with the [redacted] financing.  Mrs. [redacted] was very happy with this and wanted to reinstate the financing.  [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] phoned [redacted] and went through the terms with them again she felt comfortable and was again happy.  A few days went by and Mrs. [redacted] cancelled her financing again, this time after the installation.   Mrs. [redacted] has phoned in to our call center yelling and screaming with our call center staff, our management staff has made multiple attempts to work with her.  She continues to be combative.  We have worked out different scenarios on multiple occasions with Mrs. [redacted] where she is happy and everything is fine.  Then she phones back in combative again refusing work with us.  We are more than willing to come up with a solution to help satisfy mrs. [redacted].
