Hello, We have made several attempts to work with Mrs [redacted] Starting with the initial order was for $12,and financed through [redacted] During our initial visit our comfort adviser [redacted] worked with both Mrs [redacted] and [redacted] to go over the financing options [redacted] stayed with Mrs [redacted] while she submitted her documents to [redacted] in case she needed any further assistance Once [redacted] informed us they had everything we needed [redacted] left, making sure Mrs [redacted] was happy with her new purchase and financing The next day Mrs [redacted] contacted [redacted] and cancelled her financing, [redacted] went back out to Mrs [redacted] 's home to further assist Mrs [redacted] Mrs [redacted] was unhappy with the terms and fees associated with her financing to provide 1st in class service [redacted] provided a large discount to Mrs [redacted] of $1,to cover any fees associated with the [redacted] financing Mrs [redacted] was very happy with this and wanted to reinstate the financing [redacted] and Mrs [redacted] phoned [redacted] and went through the terms with them again she felt comfortable and was again happy A few days went by and Mrs [redacted] cancelled her financing again, this time after the installation Mrs [redacted] has phoned in to our call center yelling and screaming with our call center staff, our management staff has made multiple attempts to work with her She continues to be combative We have worked out different scenarios on multiple occasions with Mrs [redacted] where she is happy and everything is fine Then she phones back in combative again refusing work with us We are more than willing to come up with a solution to help satisfy mrs [redacted]

Park Mechanical has a 100% refund policy on the our Club membershipWe would like to resolve this challenge and would like to offer a complete refund of the requested amount of $We have some coaching that needs to be done with in our organization and working to ensure future satisfaction

I am rejecting this response because: " All I know is that Stacey called and left a voicemail saying that she didn't know what the complaint was about and to call back so that she could make things rightI called back and I couldn't leave a message, the phone was doing a weird beeping noiseI haven't seen anything in hand so I dont want to close it until that happensI don't know what shes talking about as far as compensation for my timeI am not a employee to be compensated for timeI think they have me confused with someone else"

of our managers will be visiting the property tomorrow We will formulate a plan with the client to resolve this issue

All of her complaints have been resolved within our company to satisfy her we even compensated her for her time [redacted]

Park Mechanical's Club Membership Agreement stated:"No Quibble" Guarantee: If for any reason, you aren't happy with your Club membership, you may cancel the agreement, and get a 100% "no questions" refund.It took at least three unanswered calls to their office and a complaint to the Revdex.com, over two months' time, to get them to offer a refund.Do they still get an "A+" rating from the Revdex.com?

Our management staff did make it out to the home We have formulated a plan with the client to her concerns resolved she has some other items she will be taking care first Once that is cleared up we will make the necessary corrections

Consumer was awarded a check for the $Consumer called and verified that information [redacted] this is resolved

Hello, We have spoke to the client several times Our understanding of the client's concern is with the terms from Ygrene We do not set the terms or are responsible for the terms I have spoke to Ygrene they have reached out to the client to go over his concerns on April 5th Their understanding at that time was everything was taken care of and the client had full understanding of his terms I did check our records and spoke with our representative that met with the client The amount for this project has never changed from the original amount We are happy to help the client any way we can The client should seek out Ygrene the financial institute to go over their terms
