How is my case closed I responded nothing was done,I mentioned it has recalls they were sending me to pay to take the tint off, the lights inside still dim in and out, tires were bad we had to do an out of pocket expense for that hoping nothing wi happen to us because tires kept going down every week, we were waiting on a response

Tire continue the same, no one has checked or fixed anything we are trying to fix it out of our own expense because there are children traveling with usWe depend on that vehicle to take us from point A to point BWe wanted to go to Houston and couldn't due to the fact that we were afraid of a blow out or it leaving us in the middle of no whereHow sad is that when you feel unsafe to even travelI really hope they come up with a solution

I did call and set an appointment  up with the customer. Mrs. [redacted] she did return to have the repairs completed. I did apologizes for the treatment she received on her prior visit. I was on vacation while she was waiting for a return call, I sincerely do apologize to her for the...
