My pet deposit has not been refunded and I get a different answer about it every time I call
My family and I stayed at East Lake Fish Camp on Sunday, September 4th for nightWe had separate cabins with one dog in eachI payed the $refundable pet deposit and filled out paperwork to have the deposit refunded to my account after check outI have called at least times and I keep getting told that the woman that processes payments has it on her deskI called today and now I'm told that the property manager has to approve it before it can be refundedThere were no damages to the cabins made by the dogs and I want the $credited back to my account as soon as possibleIt should have been credited back within that same weekIt has now been weeks, which is ridiculous
