I gave a negative review in May and have since had contact with the owner. He did come out to the house and acknowledge my issues. My house was done by 2 former employees and was done poorly. Luckily, the siding he used for my house had a great warranty and needed replaced due to fading. This allowed us to find and fix all of the issues caused by the former employees. The owner did give me a partial refund that does help cover some of the costs created by the improperly installed siding. He also did agree to come out and fix the roof issues that were not done correctly. The owner assured me that he has a great crew now and promises that he has made a lot of changes in the last 7 years.
