*** has insurance on condo in Hoboken with Bogle Agency Insurance He called in August about putting a special policy on his $bicycle He was told cost was $ He was told to send us receipt for purchase of bicycle as proof He did not do this since he did not
want to pay $and he said he had locks on bicycle so he felt not needed Bicycle stolen the other day and now he wants coverage on bicycle without adding to his policy I told him NO it does not work that way Told him he does have coverage less policy deductible of $under standard policy A claim was submitted Now he wants Bogle Agency to pay him the $500.00, again I told him NO Thank you *** ** ***

Dear Revdex.com Thank you for contacting us again concerning this dispute. Think about what this individual is saying. He did NOT request coverageHe did NOT pay the required insurance premiumHow in the world does he expect to be reimbursedThis would be like me going to get my car serviced and I ask a question about what service is going to be done and then do not pay for the service and do not authorize and then my car breaks down and I expect the repair place to pay for repairs. Bogle Agency Insurance refuses to pay one cent since he did not authorize coverage and he did not pay for the coverage. Thank you *** ** ***I stand firm on this and will not be changing my mind

I am rejecting this response because:
I have documented and shared the schedule of events that have led up to this disputeAs stated before, this is not a question of whether or not there was a premium paid for coverage not insuredThere was no premium paid because I never sent the request inI never sent the request in because I had further questions to confirm what had been explained to meI would not enter into a contractual agreement without having all of my questions answered firstThis is a question of taking responsibility for the agent ignoring my correspondence and the proper way the company should have handled my inquiry/complaintI still stand firm that the correct course of action would be to have the Agency pay the $deductible in order to make right on the fact that its agent did not return my e-mails and calls with my questions.Curious to know what the Revdex.com believes should be done given the details of the case
