This company is horrible! We have asked several times for help with our super high mortgage payment and they will NOT take any steps to help us I have made arrangements several times to pay half of the mortgage at the beginning of the month and the other half closer to the end of the month but yet they call and send letters every month I HATE this company!

I am rejecting this response because:
It does not address my concerns about their unprofessional conduct.  I am not filing a complaint because my mortgage is in arrears, I'm filing it because a representative for this company blatantly lied to me AND they refuse to communicate with me directly, which is my right as one of their customers.  This response DOES NOT even attempt to address my concerns and is completely invalid.

In particular, we are aware that there is no sign out button and that it is possible to edit the URL in your web browser. Bogman is currently working to transfer to a different and more secure system. Payments processed by the PPMC are batched and forwarded to Bogman.  At that time, Bogman reconciles individual payments via quality control to ensure that the payment received is applied correctly. In other words, if someone changes the URL and sends an incorrect payment, that payment will not get processed.  Bogman has established multiple levels of security and quality control. However, we understand you may feel uncomfortable using our website. Review: My mortgage is paid on the company's website bogmaninc.com. For my July mortgage it was paid on July 7th, but received a letter from the company reporting that my mortgage was not paid. Although, I received an email confirmation for my payment, when I called the office about the letter I received 7/24 the individual stated that they tried calling me on July11th. I was unable to be reached because my number was changed, but instead of sending a letter out after receiving information from my bank or calling which where both before the 16th, the company waited until the day after the 16th (deadline) to send me a letter informing me of the non-payment, which included a late fee. Although I was unable to be reached by phone I could have received a letter or an email before the 16th so a late charge would not be applied. When I mentioned this to the employee, all I received was an apology and no explanation for their delay even after acknowledging that my bank reporting incorrect information. This is not the first time this company has done this, before my payment just was not processed.Desired Settlement: Not to wait until after the deadline to send out a letter "with late charges" after knowing there was an error.

**. [redacted] attempted to pay her July monthly mortgage payment throuht Bogman’s online website in early July, however she apparently miskeyed her bank account number into the online payment information.

On Thursday, July 11, 2013 her remittance was rejected by her Bank as her Bank was not able to locate her account number. Bogman sent her a letter advising of the rejected payment on July 17th and **. [redacted] remitted a replacement payment on July 26th along with a $22.22 late charge that had been assessed.

Her monthly payment is due on the first of each month and a 15-day grace period is allowed before a late payment fee is assessed. In this instance, Bogman has agreed to waive the July 2013 late fee assessment that she remitted and has credited the late fee she remitted to her escrow account.

We are hopeful that this information will clarify our actions and satisfy her complaint.

Review: I started a re-fiance process in February of 2013 and it is now May 2013 and my finance company is being held hostage by Bogman, Inc. because they will not return phone calls nor take calls. The financer has made several attempts to call them and they are non -responsive. Specifically an employee by the Name of [redacted] who doesn't answer her phone nor return calls. After speaking to my Financer I called myself and asked to speak to the Office manager. She did answer her hone when I was transferred over to her however, I was trying to tell her why I was calling and she transferred me back to [redacted] before I was even finished speaking to her. I than hung up and called back several times to the office manager and she would no longer answer her phone. I finally left the office manager a message but she also have been non-responsive. In short, the subordination should have been done by now.Desired Settlement: I would like to have someone contact me regarding the status of the subordination and have the subordination completed and sent to the financer who is handling my re-finance before the end of May 2013.
