Same Member deactivation process for "All Members".In effort to resolve, Bogo will deactivate account today.Bogo Tanning does not do "Returns or Refunds" for un-used services. I am rejecting this response because: The appointment you are referring to I was 2 min late was regarding the Groupon deal I bought, NOT the contract of $300 for 6 Vela.  I was not able to use even one of the contract Vela appointments because the tech that hurt me with the Groupon deal, that you promised me I would never have was scheduled for on my FIRST appointment of that contract.  April 10 2017. I can't use any of the Vela of that contract because you could not keep your word, that if I drove farther I would not have Abby a tech that hurt me.  Because you were not able to keep your promise of Abby NOT being my tech, I do not feel safe with your company & do not believe that I should have to pay $300 for the appointments I can not use. Even my doctor appointments do not turn me away for being 2 minutes later than my appointment, understanding that traffic can happen.  John 4 out of 6 appointments have gone wrong.  Do I need to re-cap all of the 4 that went wrong to be published for the world to see?  I do not want to do that, I would rather resolve this and have it NOT  seen publicly how your company does business. It is your choice at this point to have this published for all to see or to show you are willing to have it shown resolved with the complaint not published.  I am willing to not return the product I can't not use for $40, if you are willing to refund the $300.  It is your decision at this point.  The Revdex.com is for customers who feel they can't get resolutions with owners.  If you had kept your word regarding Abby we would not be here.  I don't feel I should be in fear of getting hurt in any appointments with a company. [redacted]There were a few things that were not addressed in my complaint that I wanted to have addressed or posted. First John said that they don't give refunds for contracts. The contract says I have 3 days for a refund, after his tech hurt me, I messaged immediately.  The company did not respond to my complaint until a week later when I said you didn't respond to my complaint.  Instead during that time of waiting for them to address what the tech had done, their manager called me to sell me more stuff. I think this is important to add to the complaint.  I have all the emails to prove that this happened, but it could give John the ability to resolve before I go farther and he could get fined and it will cost him more money.

I am rejecting this response because:John,  This email is in response to your email and phone call this morning. I promised I would respond after work. I can understand you frustration with me calling the Revdex.com. It was you misleading me by your word that led me to feel I had no other options but to file a complaint. As a leader how you lead is how your employees will act. Please don't shift the blame here. If you had kept your word & were trustworthy I would never have gone down this path.  I explained several times what I wanted from your company & was willing to negotiate one more time but only regarding red-light therapy not Vela, since you could not keep your word regarding a tech who hurt me.All you had to do was say you wanted the keep me as a client & refund me 213 with red light therapy @ 29 unlimited. ( Which would be paying 15 more than your Groupon deal @ 24 unlimited red light ) or refund the full amount of 300. ( I did not ask for the $40 back on the lotion I can't use if I don't do red light therapy until I realized you wouldn't work with me. ) I got up early on my day off to call you at 8 am like you said to. You did not answer. At that point I was done, since I had made things clear many times.  This was cause more  stress to  me & my health is more important than dealing with a company that can't get their act together along with  getting  yelled at by your employees for a several mistakes they made.Before my complaint can be marked resolved, I need in writing the amount you are refunding me, the time frame I will receive it in & the check must be cash-able or the complaints will go back into effect & we must both agree on the amount. I hope we can come to a resolution, since I do not want to harm your business, all I want is my money back.

Bogo Tanning will always go the extra mile to help a client out. Hi [redacted],I want you to know that a Revdex.com complaint is permanent  for 4 years! Your post will "effect" every single employee in my company, (4 locations, 20+ staff) there children and so on. I have diligently been calling you and trying to reach you to no avail. No..... I am not avoiding you, you emailed your # (4) days ago for call back and I left you a message, (4) days ago working towards resolution and (4) days later you file a Revdex.com complaint. Wow! At Bogo we live our life to take care of our clients. I left message for you and planned on 100% resolving this am, first thing Monday morning..Much to my surprise. A complaint!I will refund your balance owed once you get that review removed permanently and do not post another review on line. I want to resolve. I do NOT think its fair for you to consequence entire company for 1 person's actions. The Revdex.com is not your personal tool to extort money from a business.The Revdex.com is not here fro that. You have now posted a negative review online that can never be removed. I ask you, what reasoning would any company have to help you once you've  bashed online?We tried working with you and over a four day (4) period of time (weekend) you post a negative review with half truth's.Bogo has a No Return, No Refund policy stated in salon and clearly on all agreements. Bogo is NOT obligated to issue Refund.And lets remember what really happened,"you were late to your appointment" and got upset because our employee did not carry over into next scheduled hour just because you were late to your appointment. We worked with you and added additional services. We are a company that eat, sleeps and drinks customer service however-what really is the point of it once you've bashed online. Effecting entire company and all connected. (Children and family of all employee's. Shame on you~Bogo is issuing a refund of $175. and that is it! This amount will be mailed today to the address you used when complaining to the Revdex.com.Have a nice day~

Bogo Tanning has a strick cancellation policy consistent with Oregon Guidelines for "Early Deactivation" of Memebrships. Bogo Tanning received [redacted] request to deactivate "Early" and the below email strand is her request and our reply. [redacted] never responded with "Early Deactivation" form for process to occur. The Revdex.com is a format used to resolve issues. Things can always better be resolved when honesty is part of the process.
Ms. [redacted] eagerly and knowingly signed up for services and also signed her visa slip for this purchase. 100% fact. Ms.[redacted] did sign her visa slip and has had services.

Tanning has a NO Return, No Refund Policy on Products or Unused Services.
We have tried working with Ms. [redacted] to no avail.
Because her "sister" no longer works at our company, this does not change our policy.
Please advise Ms. [redacted] to dispute the charges at her bank for refund.
We are always here to serve our clients and look forward to it however again, honesty from the business and also from the "Clients", is paramount is resolving issue's.

Subject: [redacted] complaint #[redacted]Hi [redacted]This email is in regards to my complaint against Bogo Tanning.  I've attached copies of the contract I had signed.  You can clearly see she wrote 3 months on it.  Also the initials on the left side are not mine.  She initialed them, not me.  She didn't even get my initials correct.  I feel Bogo Tanning purposely commited a wrongful act by charging me for services I did not sign up for & I want my money back.  Thank you for your help in this matter.

I am rejecting this response because:   I'll have to double check to make sure a credit has been issues - it may take up to a week for a credit to appear.  The 30 day period was in fact valid and the charges should not have taken place.  Once the credit goes through then I'll accept the response.

That is fraud! I refuse to pay to have a service I did not want and tried to have cancelled.this company is a scam and I will not pay for a false contract.
