My experience was fantastic!
Jon got me right in and the fat removal treatment was mind blowing. I've been back twice and love the results!

BOGO TANNING IN TUALATIN IS A RIP OFF AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH ZERO SERVICE
BEWARE: this company will take your money even if you cancel and not give you a refund. I canceled my membership over 2 years ago, and an audit of my accounts found that I was being charged $99 per month for over 2 years, even though I had canceled and not even set foot in that tanning salon for over two years. I got push back all of the way and they refuse to give a refund, even though I canceled, and they did not deliver any service; they have lost nothing, I am out 2k. Any Legit company would gladly refund your money, especially when zero service during that time period was delivered. Good luck cancelling. If you do, make sure to double check and triple check that they have indeed canceled you. THERE ARE MANY TANNING SALON OPTIONS AVAILABLE, DO NOT USE THIS ONE. BOGO TANNING IS A RIP OFF.

Bogo Tanning has a very strict "Early Deactivation Process & Policy" that is posted on our website as well as our Membership Agreement forms(extra initial here) We have responded same day to the emails [redacted] has sentWe have directed her to complete the deactivation form and return itSent Link/Attachment (form posted on website) We have NEVER received the standard Deactivation Form all other Members use and have used consistent with our process and policy [redacted] has not followed the process therefor here membership have not been deactivatedSame Member deactivation process for "All Members".In effort to resolve, Bogo will deactivate account today.Bogo Tanning does not do "Returns or Refunds" for un-used services(also stated on Membership Agreement form on website)In addition to "Deactivating Membership" Bogo will extend a credit in-store in the amount of $for use at later dateSincerely, Bogo Tanning
