Review: after buying bottles of water for my cooler for some months my cooler broke and I brought 4 bottle's back to the store to get my 24 dollar deposit, the [redacted] did not seem to know what to do and told me that I could not get my deposit back if I was not buying water. The bottle was advertised for 6 dollars with 6 dollar deposit. when I came back to speak to the [redacted] a new sign appeared that had never been there before stating there is no deposit return if you are not buying water.Desired Settlement: if they do not wish to return my cash they should offer a store credit. these people have many issues with there pricing and should be looked into in general.

Review: The company refused to return my deposit for 5 gallon water bottle (Nestlé), which was purchased at location. I was informed by the manager ([redacted]), that their policy had changed and they no longer provided that service. However, there was no visual documentation and he was unable to provide me with the appropriate paper work. In addition, I wasn't informed of this new policy when I purchased the water bottle.Desired Settlement: I will like my deposit to be refunded since I was unaware of this because if I would've know I would've taken my business else where

I went into the [redacted] supermarket where I have shopped for the last 6 years, as I am a resident of the neighborhood to utilize the mini Post Office they have inside at 12:50pm this Saturday afternoon on 1/**/2015 to purchase a money order for my rent on my debit card. The post office cashier informed me that they only take cash to my dismay. After informing her that there is no sign posted that they do not accept debit or credit cards, I decided to leave. On my way out the door I was approached by a security guard who said one of the female employees saw me put something in my jacket. I informed the guard to show me the employee, or call the police because I do not have anything in my jacket belonging to the store. He proceeded to be dumbfounded, so I told him ok get the manager. Being that he still was confused, I went back into the store straight to the managers office. A young Asian guy came out and said he is the manager. I asked him is it policy to accuse someone of stealing when no crime was witnessed, and nothing was stolen? I proceeded to open my jacket, show him that I stole nothing, and showed my receipt that I had just purchased $65 worth of items in the store not 15 minutes previously on my first visit there not a half hour prior to this incident. As I have been a restaurant and retail manager for over 35 years, and now do security supervision I was furious at the false allegation that I "put something in my jacket" and was stealing from the place that I have been shopping for the last 6 years now. Is it just because I am a tall [redacted] man with dark shades and a leather jacket that I was accused by this person? Only the management of [redacted] know how they operate, but here their flaw exposed how they treat [redacted] men who they "think" and "falsely accuse" of stealing. Am I surprised...? No, not at all. Catch the thieves yes, but do not accuse the innocent just because of the color of their skin. Store Manager/Owner Eric R needs to address this profiling issue immediately to satisfy one of the customers who shops his establishment.

Review: Horizon mac and cheese boxes were advertised at 3 for $5. Yet each rang up for $2.19 at the register. This is false advertising. The store also sells Trickling Springs Creamery milk and charges a $2 bottle deposit on these. Yet the tell us that they do not accept bottle returns when you try to return them. The store also charges exhorbitant amounts for healthy foods: today's example $6.99 for a half gallon of organic horizon milk. This is about $1.50 more than the most expensive stores in NY--this should be a concern considering the Bronx is the #1 most unhealthful in NY State. One example of many in this store. I was also overcharged for Birdseye Baby Sweet Peas which were listed at $2.29 and rang up as 3.09.Desired Settlement: Please fix false advertising and give me a refund for the items that were unfairly charged. $4 for bottle return and $1.57 for the mac and cheese and .80 for the peas.

Review: On Oct. * 2012 I checked in my target bag that had 6 DVDs that I had just purchased. The total cost of the movies were $ 120.00 . I received a number for my merchandise. When I finished shopping about an hour or so later I gave my number to the attendant and was told that my merchandise was not there, I tried to talk to the [redacted] put he didn't want to see me or the security guard who said he was working through a company. I even called the police and they talked to the [redacted]. The police said that by the booth there was a sign that was hidden that said the store was not responsible for stolen mdse. I called the company and wrote a letter that I faced to them. I have the letters and the fax confirmation. The person That spoke to on the phone thought it was 20 even though I faxed them a copy of my receipts. I have the complete letter this is just a summary of it. I know this happen a while ago, but it's was unfair how I was treated and unjust. I don't want this to go unnoticed. thank you.Desired Settlement: Refund for the entire sum lost out of pocket and a apology in writing
