Review: I came to discover in the fall I still had a account balance with the practice after paying my full bill in December 2012. The dental office was not following up with my insurance request for more details and I had to get involved to make sure inquiries were being addressed. After discussing with my insurance [redacted], Ive come to learn the dental practice is over billing the negotiated fees and not adjusting the accounts. I contacted the Doctor to provide an account detail bill and refuses to provide the account itemized bill.Desired Settlement: Im looking for my account to be adjusted, perform additional refunds needed, and send an apology for their unethical and unprofessional billing and collection practices.
