Got our 2nd great car there in a year. First 1 for my son and was so impressed I just purchased my car from them at a great price. Then the service manager was so nice when I brought my car back for a few minor things we caught after purchasing, like the regular service light came on shortly after we bought it, he not only offered to do it, but changed the oil and made sure everything was top notch for me. This made me feel extremely safer due to I drive with my kids in the car. Since it was going to take a few hours to get done, he drove me home so I didnt have to sit at the dealership and he had to go that way anyway. He also didnt judge me on my zero knowledge of car parts especially diesel and referred to things as Fluidmoobobber, and Thingamajigs. I will definitely be returning for my service and car purchasing needs as well as referring friends and family.

THESE PEOPLE CROOKS!

I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 from them. They outright lied to me from start to finish. I have had the truck for 9 months now and the we owe list was never honored.

DO NOT let their hack mechanic touch your car. I guarantee it will come back with new larger problems. They dont fix anything just make it worse. I honestly don't know how they got an a+ rating

I bought my car from oceansides sister lot in January of this year upon purchasing I found multiple problems with the vehicle they promised to be mechanically sound and I fought with them for roughly 3 weeks to fix the issues. finally I get a call from *** one of the owners and he promised to fix all the issues wrong with the vehicle. So I brought in the vehical shortly after our phone conversation and he said they'd take care of ALL the issues with the jeep. I finally got my car back after it being in possession of Oceanside service dept for 3 plus months after being told several times the vehicle was fixed and each time I went to pick it up problems arose or nothing had changed so finally I came to pick the vehicle up and immediately more problems. I don't understand how the vehicle has been repaired but some of the issues came back and were worse. And now to top it off I am being ignored from the owner instead of trying to resolve the issue. Needless to say This has absolutely been the worst experience of ever buying a vehicle. Please learn from my mistake and save yourselves the headache of buying from this place.

Purchased an RV on 4/11/17 that came with a warranty. The A/C went out on the RV within days of driving it off the lot.
Purchased an RV on 4/11/17 that came with a 30 day warranty. The A/C went out on the RV 5 days after driving it off the lot. We do not live in the area and were already in ***. They were notified within the 30 days of the loss of the A/C. The cost to repair the A/C was $1200 and I can provide receipts. We have called the company many times. The first call they offered to cover the repairs, but since then have not returned calls and will not take my calls. I feel like they think because of my age, I will not do anything about it.

Desired Outcome

We would like to repair of the A/C to be covered as it was within the 30 day warranty and a check mailed to us for the cost of the needed repairs.

Mr. purchased a 2014 Heritage RV from our company on April 11, 2017. At the time of purchase, he signed an "AS IS, NO WARRANTY" form. We do not have a 30 day warranty on used RV's. All customers are offered an extended warranty. Mr *** declined the extended warranty. Mr. contacted ***, the GM for Bogue RV, after he arrived at his residence in*** to say the air conditioner was not working. He was told by *** if the unit was brought back to our site, we would repair or replace the a/c unit as a courtesy to him. On May 18, 2017, a bill was faxed to Bogue RV For $1201.25. Not only did Mr. have the air conditioner replaced, but he also upgraded the unit and expected our company to reimburse him. Even though we were not required to repair or replace Mr. air conditioner, the offer was extended to assist him at our facility, at our cost, not to pay for his repairs or an upgraded unit. Our company strives to have good customer relationships and treat everyone in a fair and equal manner. The age of a customer plays no part in policy, procedure or decisions made in regard to customer service.
