I am rejecting this response because:The return policy is NOT stated on the receipt/invoice as the company has stated. I have included a photo of my receipt. I have yet to find a return policy on their website and have NOT received a call from them. I just think it's unfair to consumers to not have this information accessible. I find their response to be completely untrue!
