Mr Bohnen confirms that he had the Buick in his possession for about a year, and that he did not have any issues with the car during this time

Mr *** raised concerns about the car's shifting, he told him he hadn't had issues with it himself, but advised him not to buy the car if it was a source of concern
Mr Bohnen says that when customers have issues with vehicle purchases or repairs, he'll generally do what he can to assist the customer
But he says Bohnen's Auto Body will not be able to assist with repairs in this instance, as the vehicle was purchased "as is" under Minnesota Used Car Warranty Law, and he cannot offer the assistance Mr *** is seeking with transmission repairs at this time

MrBohnen did not advise me to not buy the carMrBohnen told me totally opposite of thatMrBohnen told me that it was a perfect car, and reassured me that there was no problems with itWhen I asked about the car's shifting, MrBohnen said it was a high idle and repeated that it was a perfect carAlso, there was no posted warranty on the vehicleNone whatsoeverAnd furthermore, MrBohnen also is known to let customers take the vehicle home and test it for a few days, but MrBohnen would not even let me take it for test drive because he said he was "too busy"The total repair to the car was $1,For only having the car for two weeks, if MrBohnen was a reputable business man, he would be willing to at least offer to help pay some of the repair expense and make things rightI am not asking for half of the repair expense but $would be a big helpI paid MrBohnen $4,for the car and I did not even get a receiptI would like MrBohnen to give me a receiptI paid cash and I deserve a receipt
