We originally contracted for $for the plumber, and bathroom addition which solely included and toilet and a vanityI told the plumber what he wanted and the plumber quoted me $The homeowner then decided to change everything and add a shower and move the toilet and vanityWith that, the
price went up for the plumber, which is why he paid the plumber more directlyMy price was still the same Homeowner kept $from me out of the contract price and that was for the plumberHe paid me $I did the framing, electrical, and drywall and then I told him I had to go out of town for a day and would be backWhen I got back he told me what I did was fine and he would finish the rest of the workHe stated he was running out of moneyI understood and at that point all my work was doneHe never had any complaints about what I did and never said anything to meI did the work I was hired for. As far as the green board, there was only supposed to be one board installed behind the vanity, I did forget to do that, but it wasn’t like the whole bathroom was supposed to be covered in that, I can refund him the $for the drywall if necessary

I am rejecting this response because: When we first discussed the bathroom I asked if it was going to be done in green broad and *** said yes and as far as his work was accepted I did not
say it was ok I have pictures of the gaps in the drywall and round the fixturesYou could not of mudded the gaps
