Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have reached out to this business on several documented occasions and the response I keep getting is that it’s not BES responsibilityThey took my payment and did not properly send my package to me which IS their responsibilityIt’s pathetic that a business would consider something fair and appropriate as a threatI didn’t physically place the order in the mail BES employees didSo it’s NOT my responsibility to track down a package the USPS has told me is the sellers issue not the customerI want my money back since I I did not get the merchandise I paid forI have attached the last correspondence from the USPS to BES which states the seller should give me a refund and BES should file a lost package with the USPSI was under the impression when I made my payment I would be dealing with a professional company that would live up to their end of the bargain Regards, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because I never received store creditAlso, they have never contacted me and told me my package was lostThey contacted almost a week and a half ago stating they see I
did not receive my package but they would contact USPS and I should get a call in two business daysI never received a call or heard anything else from them.

I initially complained about their product well before daysI only received a canned pre-made response in reference to my complaintIt was not until I shared my experience with my hair and the company on Instagram that I was contacted personally to resolve the issueThe owner called me personally to have an argument on the phone and said that I was being malicious by providing my experience with their productShe said she would not refund me until I removed my Instagram post and that's when the verbal exchange became out of controlI too have recorded the phone callI went on to explain to her that no conversation was needed if she would just refund me my moneyShe called me later to apologize and then refunded me the money.

We stated that we are sending out the order that she placed, advising that we don’t mix straight hair with curly hair on one wefted bundle of hair.  Our no refund/exchange policy stands firm and customer agreed with that before checking out. Clients bank declined her dispute. Paypal declined her dispute. I, as owner, approved her dispute, offering a full refund if client returned product in its new unused condition. Client returned product, and received a full refund. Client then started threatening to contact the Revdex.com if we do not give her $75.50. We advised client we are not paying her shipping, if she decides to return. We stated for her to stop contacting us with threats and blackmail. We NEVER called client “sweetie” or “sweetheart”. I did however call her “Dear” as all of our emails begin.  No company, or employee should have to endure 18 emails, several phone calls, constant social network stalking, and now the Revdex.com.
