Review: This company has been mailing statements to us for years fora boiler inspection that never occurred. Since 2010, they have also been adding a monthly finance charge. We have requested several times for them to stop harassing us with these mailings - they claim try cannot even find us in their system.Desired Settlement: Stop sending us statements for service that were never rendered.

Review: On Dec [redacted],2013, Mary of The New York auto repair shop inc. called me that she diagnosed my car without my permission. The car was brought her by my auto body repair shop. They are neighborhood. On Dec. [redacted], 2013, I stopped by and deposited $800 out of $1600 job. She said that she spent a lot of time on diagnostics and would be more on on installation of the climate control unit. I was not happy about the price,but I decided to go go for it. She was going to charge the diagnostic test fee ( $525) anyway. After I came home, I researched the price of the climate control unit . It was $650 at internet,but she was charging me $832. Furthermore, the installation can not be more than 5 minutes job.Next morning, I called her to cancel my order and requested $ 275 back. She refused to refund any money back. On the invoice, it did not state no cash refund. She has no basis to hold the difference amount $275 ($800-$525). I would like to have $275 refund with your help.Desired Settlement: I would like to have $275 refund from the New York auto repair shop inc. The $275 is difference amount $800 deposit minus $525 diagnostic fee.

Review: Received mail requesting $140 payment for boiler and file forms. Mail also stated if it wasn't filed in a timely manner a fine for $1000 would be issued.Desired Settlement: Letter was acknowledged as a impersonation and ignored.
