After multiple attempts through telephone and electronic communication it took months to finally get a refund after I was
sold and knock off product one I asked it to be refunded I was sent the shipping label with the incorrect shipping address to their own company so it showed back up at my door I then had to ship it once more The company deducted multiple charges from my account for this item and didn't refund them until months after but at the end of everything I have been refunded it took three months and it was beyond ridiculous what I had to go through these people have no respect They're running in criminal business in my opinion and something I think the Revdex.com should look into but there's only so much you can do so this is my report they have refunded me I however would suggest never purchasing or even going to this website by using the Sephora VIP name they make one think they're associated with the well-known store chain of Sephora when they are A scam company that has nothing to do with it the actuals for the warning warning warning do not purchase from these criminalsSincerely,
