contract and security agreement dated June 11, ("Contract") under which Ms*** purchased a Pontiac Grand Prix from Superior Auto, IncBecause Superior Auto was the seller on the Contract, Superior Auto responds to this complaint accordingly
All vehicles at Superior Auto are offered for sale under applicable law, including the Federal Trade Commission Used Car Rule Superior Auto neither expresses nor implies any warranty in conjunction with the sale of its vehiclesIt should be emphasized that it is not the policy of Superior Auto to make any verbal or written representation as to the condition of any vehicle offered for saleThis was acknowledged by Ms*** by her signatures on several documents associated with the purchase of the vehicle
It should also be mentioned that Superior Auto encourages every consumer who wishes to purchase a vehicle to have that vehicle inspected prior to purchase, by either a qualified mechanic or a repair facility of his or her own choice According to records associated with Ms***'s purchase, she confirmed by her signature that she did not exercise this pre-purchase inspection option
There are no refund provisions in Ms***'s Contract That said, we do not feel as though it would be appropriate at this time for Superior Auto or SAC Finance to refund money to Ms*** as she requests in her desired resolution
