We had a tree removed a few weeks ago and were very happy with the service When they arrived to give us an estimate, it was pouring down rain But rather than say they'd try another time, they got out and took time to really study the tree and it's location They provided a copy of their Workman's Comp paperwork and their insurance with the estimate After I called to accept the bid, they were able to come out within a couple weeks The did a very nice job, cleaned up the wood chips and caused no damage to the yard or buildings This was all for a reasonable price If I have to have another tree removed, I will be calling them
