Review: I ordered a backcountry boiler and a pot stand on 4/06/ 2015 from boilerwerks LLC. I received shipping information on August 20, 2015 that my order had shipped. The tracking information shows that the package was never shipped from the manufacturer. Made contact with Devon M[redacted] the owner on 10/30/15 said he would ship that weekend. No tracking information was received or the package was not received. Make contact once again with Devon M[redacted] on 11/29/ 2015. He said he would send the tracking information the next day. No tracking information was received or product. On December 29, 2015 I made contact with Devon once again and he stated he would send them out the products and a refund and update me later that week when they went out. No product was received. Tried to contact Devon on January 12, 2016 regarding update to status with no response via Facebook email or phone.Desired Settlement: I would like the products I ordered sent. In addition A refund was offered by Devin to make up for the extreme delay

Review: I ordered a Backcountry Boiler and "FireFelt" on Apr 9, 2014 at 10:54:43 PDT from http://www.theboilerwerks.com/ for a total price of $119.00 including shipping and the business owner promised a delivery date of between 5 and 7 weeks on his website. It is now August 18, 2014 and it has been well over 4 months since I payed for it. I have tried to call the business but the listed number on the website is disconnected and have had no response after the emails that I have I have sent. The business owner now exclusively sells his product through the website https://sparkmade.com/product/backcountry-boiler. I have my receipt and the order number, which is#[redacted]. The product was purchased through a paypal link on his website with a Visa bank card. Please let me know how I can help or make this process any easier.
