I am rejecting this response because:I was not unhappy by any means when I arrived at this establishmentIt was my sons special day for everyone to come together and celebrate himYes, she did allow the boys to start minutes early, wine was never offered and neither was anything elseI wasn't upset at the time of arrival so there was no need to offer things to usOur party room that we initially were put in was moved during the Nerf gun fight for a different partyI did not complain until the end and it was to her and another mom that was also upset at how things were handled and how we were being treatedEven saying that my sons "other mom" being there was a potential cause of us being upset is upsetting and very rudeWe would not have anyone at our child's birthday party that we did not want thereAgain, everyone was there for his dayHer response to forgetting the black light and then turning it on after I reminded her is upsetting as well because she told me it would be turned on after the previous session was upWe were not informed that it was only for the last minutes of the battle and this is the first time I have heard of thisWhen I reminded her it was before the last minutes of the battle so that doesn't make any sense to me When I asked her about the upgraded gun she stated she had, "forgot about it." I called and spoke with Laura a few days after the party she then offered me the Thank you cards and $back and stated she was not going to refund anything else because of a review that another mom had wrote on her Facebook pageI stated that I had no control over what other people write about their own experiences and she laughed and said, "sure you do." Nothing was offered to rectify the treatment and advertisement during the partyAs for the cake and assumptionsLaura brought us containers so we could divide it up to the attendees at the party, if we weren't going to keep the cake I wouldn't have asked her to bring them inWe did offer her and her staff some of the cake and she declinedMy sister was not at the party so I am unsure of her response to "The sister was there and told me to toss it." I feel that she should have spoke directly to me and not other people at the partyThe children's food was thrown away and yes more beverages were brought in after voicing my concern as to why they were thrown awayWe have had multiple parties throughout our valley at different establishments and have never had any issues like we did with this placeYou can check out their Facebook page and see other reviews that people have leftWhich consist of similar issues, terrible behavior and advertisementIt was very frustrating at the end when I came back in the establishment from saying good bye to our guests to see that our stuff (Purses, gifts, cards, and personal belongings) had all been put on a cart and set out in the common area for anyone to have access to itOur party room time was up at 5:pm and all of our stuff was pushed out at 4:45-4:with no one around to keep an eye on itI did not get what I paid forI did put down a $deposit weeks prior to the party, I am not asking for that backHowever, the remainder of what I paid I amWith the assumptions, aggressive behavior, not getting what we paid for, and leaving our stuff out in the open, vulnerable for anyone to take it was not a good experience.? This complaint is unfoundedThe customer was upset from the minute she walked in the doorI tried offering several things to make her happy when I could see she was unhappy including letting her boys start early, offering her a free glass of wine, getting her a party room (because she thought it
was included even though it says on the party brochure that the private party room is only the last minutes of the party). No matter what I did, she was unhappy. Her and the child’s “other mom” were both at the party and maybe that is why she was unhappy. They both complained loudly and clearly on several occasions. We did accidentally forget to do the black light and when she reminded me we turned it on She didn’t lose anytime with black light as we only do the blacklight the last minutes of the partyWe don’t turn it on the entire time. We also did forget to give her the thank you cards at the end of the party I was so frazzled trying to keep her happy. I told her I would give her the $that the thank you’s cost but obviously by this time it was too late With regard to the cake, I don’t even feel it’s worth explaining with the long explaining but in short, the mom said she didn’t want the cake, then decided to cut it up and give it to her friends…so I went and offered to go containers and brought them in. I came back minutes later and the cake had been cut and some to go containers passed outI asked if she decided to keep the cake but she wasn’t in the roomThe sister was there and told me to toss it. At one point in time she had offered the cake directly to me. After all this I threw the cake in the trashI have not motive or reason for throwing someones cake out and we usually package it up for EVERY SINGLE party and send it home In regard to us throwing kids food away, it simply didn’t happen. We provide a service and the kids cups were empty and their pizza and cake completelyA few of them wanted more to drink after and we gladly brought them in more drinks. In addition, the reasons I can speak to most of this personally is that all of our employees could tell she was upset from the moment she started making her requests so I took the party over and made sure to personally serve her because I do not think my year old employees would know how to handle this woman The long story short, she purchased a hour partyShe was given a hour partyThe kids had a blast and the work was completedShe was angry from the beginning and had she approached in a remotely kind manner I would have considered a very small refund for things like her having to tell me about the black light (even though she did get the service) Laura A*** Main Monkey Boingo's Bounce House Inc541-690-
