Boise Exteriors is an exceptional company. From the moment Chandler walked in the door, until the roofing crew left, the experience was awesome. Chandler made it easy. He dealt with the insurance company, handled all the paper work, and everything went smoothly. The roof crew itself was another wonderful experience. Omar and his team were awesome. We were here the entire day, and did not hear one swear word, we did not find one cigarette butt on the ground, not trash of any kind. After we had a complete tear down, with a LOT of nails removed, we walked around the house and to this day, we have only found ONE nail. On top of that, the crew thanked us for allowing them to replace our roof. Who does that? Omar's crew. Wonderful experience, when it was so dreaded. There are so many "bad" companies out there, this one is NOT. If I could, I would give Chandler and Boise Exteriors at 10 star rating.

My name is *** and I had Chandler and his crew come out and do and inspection on my grandmothers house. We were in the middle of a refinance and they did find mold inside the roofing and was able to work with are insurance company to not only get us the best possible savings but was also able to get the insurance company to pay for most of the repairs and they were also able to get us some much updated ventilation her home needed to prevent future damage to the roof. These guys were very kind and on top of there game. They were able to get the roof repaired in a day and a half which was amazing because we were on a time crunch and a deadline with the refinance. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is needing to have there roof repaired. Great guys and there pricing was very reasonable.

These guys are great! Rick made the process extremely easy. He walked me through making an insurance claim for some damage I had experienced. He even came out and was there during the inspection in case I or the inspector had any questions. Once everything was approved the roof was on within two days. The quality of the work was good, and Rick even had the guys come back and check on a couple cosmetic things. We could not be happier with the process or the people. We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing a roof replaced or repaired.
P.S. Rick even left me his ladder so I could finish putting up Christmas lights ! What guy really appreciate a company that focuses on the little things for their customers.
