We have received the above referenced complaint regarding a missed appointment fee charged to the patient.Our office policy does require cancellation of an appointment at least one business day prior to the appointment to avoid a $missed appointment feeThe patient did contact our office two days prior to the appointment, but abruptly terminated the callAt the time our office staff did not know that the patient's intent was to cancel the appointment.Therefore, when the patient did not show up for her appointment her account was assessed a missed appointment fee.We have reversed the fee on the patient account and sent a written notification to the patientEnclosed is a copy of our correspondence to the patient.Please do not hesitate to contact me directly if you require further information or clarification at ###-###-####

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This company has scammed usDavid G [redacted] is a liarHe said he would contact us and settle the matter He called and we called right back and left multiple messages, and he never contacted usHe told you and us that he would give us a partial refund and that the check was sentIt never was sent and now he is saying he won't give us the agreed partial refundHe contradicts himself multiple times saying that we never contacted him about painting the cabinets but at the same time accusing us that we continually harrssed and called him and he had to block our numbersWe tried contacting him multiple times about finishing painting of the cabinetsWe called him multiple times about the refund check he promised and never sent, and we only hired some one to finish his job after we have a recording and email of him apologizing that he can not finish his work and he would refund us backWe are showing you proof of his unfinished work in the attachmentsI also talked to one of his employees that worked on the house and he hasn't been paid for his work from David G [redacted] as wellPlease don't let this man do this to any one elseHe should at least pay back the amount he agreed to and we can work from thereIf this doesn't happen and he gives another response with excuses and lies we won't deal with him anymore and will be going to file a small claim against him

In Actuality We refaced their entire kitchen, to many of great compliments on the work, I have great pics! We were paid out only ,$3,That's $less than $4,Stated in his wife's complaint, we performed several extras per his request, that they were billed forThey demanded we stay late
on thanksgiving eve and remove and replace their stove with a new one they had purchased, stating "just get it done we have people coming tomorrow, whatever the cost & whatever it takes, we have a dinner engagement and don't have time tonight" taking for granted I just have nothing better to do that night, so out of the goodness in my heart I stayed and tried to install their new appliance for them, to my dismay, going to home depot twice trying to get a piece that was missing and later found to be factory defect on their new stove, Gas inlet connector was never installed! Again I have pictures and receiptsSpending several hours on the phone with owner and his plumber buddy treating me like I'm an it, I finally went home after 11:at night trying to please my customerA month after starting the project they finally chose their door hardware after I had already painted the doors, and had to refinish several door and drawer fronts after removing the old ones, fill the holes, repainting all of them and then drilling holes for their cabinet hardware and installed it alsoThey continued to rave about how all their family and friends loved our work, as well as the stove guy did when he came to install the stove, that I had to help him install it any way, and who used my materials and equipment to do the jobAll the while, week after week hounding me to estimate various other projects around their house, asking me to research farm sinks and if I can cut out the cabinet to accommodate one and then saying oh never mind after realizing it would not be feasibleWasting tons of my time this was al presumed as free activities! Through holiday season and extreme weather conditions all our cabinet vendors were unable to complete our order for custom upper cabinets above the existing ones I just painted, due to freight delivery hold ups and most all cabinet shops near and far were booked out for to weeks and with the inability to provide them the complete cabinet make up due to our customer would not confirm what hood range option he was given, "custom built in" to fit the look and style he was afterI sent him info twice and then finally gave him the package info and order numbers to call and order it per our contact agreement after choosing the size he wantedAll he had to do was tell me which one so I could actually place the cabinet order. For two months I waited for this information right up to the day I rescinded my contract and kindly offered a partial refund for their troublesExplaining the difficulty I was having and could not get them what they wanted, without the final size option of the hood rangeThen they tell me they had already hired another contractor to install a bench seat addition and told me they were going to have him take over the project and that he could build their cabinets in a week and install them. They told me I should paint them also for them, at my cost, though it was not in my contract to paint those cabinets, however to satisfy them I also offered to paint them to match for free, since they liked my painting workI agreed to give them a refund of $and paint the cabinets for customer satisfaction, they were to call me within a week to come and paint the cabinets, and never didOnly harassed me for their refund on a non-refundable contract that I did in fact send out a refund as they were told in writing their check would be mailed to them after ten business days to proses the refundA check was mailed out to themThe Check has not been cashed as of yet, they have left several threatening and harassing phone calls, even one pretending to be an attorney calling from an unknown # with no return number or attorney name given, and that I had days to Pay them or they would go to the Revdex.com, that I am an accredited business with, General attorney and small claims courtThat was yesterday, they have blown up both my personal phone and business line with over calls in two days, today they left message saying I have hours to respondTelling me It has been a month since last I talked to them, it was less than two weeks ago I told them to call our office and leave a message regarding their concern that hey had not received their refund and we would look into it, and mentioned nothing of the cabinets they wanted me to paintNothing was returned to us and nothing was deposited, so I will stop payment on the previous check at this timeI will make one Last Attempt to contact this disgruntled customer and settle the issue

We have made multiple attempts to contact this man and his office since we have not received our refund check or gotten any communication from himWe have a time stamped recording from over three weeks ago saying the check will be sent out immediately, not in days like he is attestingWe also have the original contract that that none of the work was fully completed and have proof of what was to be paid for and completed through photos, we have every saved text message saying the times and dates he never showed up for work, the multiple days that turned into weeks without getting a responseWe have a recording of him saying he dropped the ball on our project and was to refund us $and also come back to our house to finish paint workHe never sent the check, and we called him multiple times trying to track him down and the check and couldn't get ahold of him.Now that we wrote this review we finally received one call on 4/10/we called back with in the hour and called more times and waited by the phone the rest of the dayWe have time stamped recordings of those phone calls as wellWe hope to hear from him by MondayBut since he never showed up or amswered our call to get the cabinets finished and painted we now have to hire some one else costing us more money. Due to the cost of them having to finish his jobs and all of the crazy runaround we have been given and honestly complete thievery, we do not trust this man or his business with our home anymore Since he hasn't contacted us about finishing the paint, sent us our refund check, and is accusing us of harassment we are now needing to have the $to pay for the cabinets that were not finished and the paint he had agreed to finish as wellIf this can't be resolved we have enough evidence and proof of being taken advantage of that we have a strong case for for court and will take those measurements into our hands.

I had mailed a Check to refund per our agreement, he was to have the cabinets finished within a week and a half from our last conversation and let me know when they were done and I graciously offered to paint the new upper cabinets" not counter tops as stated above" within that time frame for customer satisfactionIf he recorded our conversation on the phone, it was illegally done as he did not verbally tell me that this phone call was being recordedAs also the entire time we worked at his house he had video cameras pointed at us in garage and in living room, an extremely paranoid person, If you don't trust me in your home , why Hire me? Even though he gave us the code to get in, alarms would sound and we had to meet with the police over this issue? How Embarrassing, Awkward and uncomfortable! I never said I would Mail the check the next dayHe was clearly told in an e-mail from our office he would be mailed out a check after Business daysHe then called day after day, hour after hour, Harassing Me and complainingHe then tells me he had given me a wrong address and that someone should have received itThat made no sence? I left messages with himHe left messages pretending to be a lawyer, and threatened to take me to court, with no return phone number or attorney name givenI then had to block his callsNot at all mature adult like behavior! And now he comes at me with slanderous name calling, stating I am a liar and a deceitful con some how in all this? I lied about nothing, and have nothing to lie aboutI performed the work accordingly and was inhibited by his own lack of ability to pic out and purchase a simple componentI had him call our office to reissue a checkwe had stop payment on the last one to secure our finances, and waited to see where it went before resendingWe have not now or ever received notification that he had installed the upper cabinets or a date I could go back and paint them for FREE as it was NOT in our contract to paint them, only to repaint existing cabinets, the cost of painting new ones would have been an additional cost after the build order was completeDepending on if they come pre primed or factory painted to specsHe is in breach of our contract for not complying with his end of the agreement, which was to supply the necessary components to enable us to finish the cabinet orderie Hood Range specificationsWith them always on a vacation and our communication was limited to, Just get it Done, made it impossible for me to complete his orderI was never mad he got another contractor to finalize his cabinets, I was happy for him, and had wasted enough time on his indecisivenessI am sure the other cabinet contractor received the needed components to complete his orderAs per My "Excuses", Yes I had come down with a flu during painting of the cabinets, and yes I had My brother fall fatally ill in CaliforniaYes our cabinet orders were held up due to severe weather conditions, holding up our suppliers material deliveries, and as common courtesy I did inform them of these set backs, that gave him a bit more time to figure out what hood range he wantedEven though He had all info I had spent my time doing research for him just so he could order his components he failed to do time and time againMy contract clearly states " This Project will be completed with professionalism and quality workmanshipAll work will be completed in a timely manner as per schedule and availabilityBoise Home Renovations is not liable for any strikes, acts of nature, accidents, or delays beyond our control." As per the painting complaints, all touch ups were completed prior to them replacing their counter tops, sink, and additional installations of other cabinets and bench seats, my warrantee does not cover damages caused by other contractors after the completion of our workI have Pictures alsoAs to the cabinet drawer face that was not installed was told to me he was doing a farm sink and would not need it reinstalled, and at that time if he changed his mind as he so often did, and went with a different sink, I saved the piece and painted it just incase, and told him he can install itIn closing, I have rescinded my contract with this client, and offered a return of the left over funds after his final billingI gave him an opportunity to paint his additional cabinets for free, and he has gone a month past the time frame in which I offered to do it in and will no longer be offering this as he has been insisting on me paying him well above the return amount agreed uponWe will not be sending any refund at this time as he is in breech of contract and we can file suit for full payment of the contract, for not complying with our signed agreement and going with another contractor without satisfying our contractI will agree to calling it a wash at this time
