I apologize for the confusion as this was an error made by the Journal Sentinel Advertising departmentThe coupon does state "$opener replacement", with that being said it does not say Awill provide the openerWe typically do what we call "customer purchased opener replacements" for $ With the coupon this customer had we would happily honor the price of $to install an opener they have purchased already (from menards, home depot etc..)Nowhere in the coupon does it say we would provide the opener

Since our last communication, I have not tried to call *** ***, nor have not heard from *** *** or AGarage Door.As the customer, being told that it was my word against the company, I knew that I was not going to be treated fairlyTheinstallation was the problem as determined by the engineers who manufactured the door. I have received a determination from my credit card company. The determination has been made in my favor and I will not have to pay the charges made by AGarage Door CompanyI will nowmove forward to find a "good" company to replace the failed door. The Revdex.com website is still giving an A+ rating to this companyThis rating may be true for the national company, but theinstallation team that worked on my garage do not deserve that rating

I have contacted the customer and let them know that we would love to honor the coupon that they got in the paper. I called them 12/28/17 at 11:22 am.

3/11/2017I've been waiting to hear from Revdex.com about my dispute and was surprised to see a messagelast night that the time had past to reply to your 2/28 email that I had never received.The Manager of A1, [redacted] has asked if the manufacturer of the door had respondedto a request that I made about the warranty. Amarr will not honor the warranty do to the installation of the door in relationship to theplacement of the door opener. It is my claim that the installation is at fault, the team of A1 should have known that thedoor opener position was critical to the doors' operation. I would not have known this.A1 installation is at fault and should immediately respond. My claims were within the 30 day installation warranty and I have been waiting 2 monthswithout the use of the garage.Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer has my direct cell phone number ###-###-#### and has not reached out to me. I would ask if the manufacturer had come out to the house? A1 has made several visits out to this location. If the opener was hung to high the creasing would happen directly where the door attaches to the...

opener (not off to the side). It appears as if the door has come down on something causing it to crush. I would be happy to make yet another site check to prove this point. We also did NOT move the opener so it was in the same location as her last garage door. Thank you

In the past year we have installed over 300 garage doors and while not all have been perfect, we have responded quickly and resolved the issue to the customers satisfaction. Unfortunately in this case this is simply a question of the customer word against ours. In my professional opinion the garage door was installed perfectly and running great when we left the job. When I inspected the door after it was damaged it was clear to me that something had hit the door causing the damage.
