While I can sympathize with Mr*** I can not refund his $in freight. These chains were a special order and Mr*** was informed that they would need to be cut down to fitHe indicated that he was capable of doing so at the time of purchase; it was also noted on the
invoice. Our policy would be to charge a 20% restock fee plus the freight cost in and back to the factory warehouse on a special order

While I can sympathize with Mr. [redacted] I can not refund his $27.65 in freight. These chains were a special order and Mr. [redacted] was informed that they would need to be cut down to fit. He indicated that he was capable of doing so at the time of purchase; it was also noted on the invoice. Our normal policy would be to charge a 20% restock fee plus the freight cost in and back to the factory warehouse on a special order.
