I am wondering why I have to talk to so many in this business, I talked to this one that one and I get pushed around. I have talked to steve at one point (no longer with new sun energies and he told me to forward the bill to Able and that he would get it paid since the install was NOT complete and to this day NOT complete. It has been since July that the panels went into service with text messages to Celeste, Pablo, Steve and Able. Now that there is a complaint to B.B.B. I get contacted and so forth. As I have been told that you do not pay on a service till all service is rendered there should be NO payments due or made till finished. Where I have made presently 170 dollars on late payments to Spruce Lending. Please advise me, do I SEE something wrong?
A person called me saying he was a construction manager from New Sun Energies and asked me what the issues with the roof was. I explained the leaks and he said he would have someone come look at it soon, said he would call me the next day. That was a week ago and nobody has called me back. Again, they do not do what they say there going to do at all. Still waiting, guess we will have to go to court to get my roof fixed.
We apologize for the communication problem as that previous sales rep is no longer with our company. Please be sure to call the toll free number with any further needs or questions at ###-###-####. The contracted solar system has been complete for months as the customer stated. We will be...
reaching out to your household this week to schedule the install for the thermostat and solar shades. We look forward to finalizing this and completing the promotional items we included for free. As a policy, we only install the free promotional items after PTO. Our finance department will contact you relative to your request to pay some of your loan payments. This request is not in the contract which we reviewed, and as a policy we don’t pay customers' loan payments for them as the loan is made to the customer and not to New Sun Energies. THANK YOU and we appreciate you as a customer : )
Official Response:[redacted]We are glad to hear that your bills were low the first months of install ($20-40), as that seems like they were working fine during that time. We apologize for the frustration you experienced, but unfortunately, the sales rep you were contacting does not work with us no...

We have written and email correspondence with [redacted] regarding this issue, as well as telephone contact with [redacted]. We are moving as quickly as we can understanding New Sun Energies’ need to resolve this matter with Mr. [redacted] without delay. Please see attached loan documents from [redacted], the bank financing this project, note the contractor completing this work is New Sun Energies. Also note on the payment authorization form it states: "Contractor has delivered all equipment, goods and/or services and completed any installation included in the contract to the satisfaction of the Borrower(s)." Payment for loan 0234361415 in the amount of $12,424.30 specifically states New Sun Energies must complete all installation to my satisfaction, and the installation is not complete so it is not to my satisfaction. What the reply states is correct, New Sun is not licensed in Texas, for the work they hire subcontractors. For the Solar Panel install they hired Nicholas Speir who per the email attached, was not paid. Also there was a tree removed from my front yard by a company named Rios Tree Service, they were also not paid (please see attached letter from Rios Tree Service attorney threatening a lien for monies not paid by New Sun Energies). I've attached plenty of proof I am a customer of New Sun Energies. Please advise what else you need. New Sun Energies has been paid over $20,000 for work that was never completed. I can take photos if you need. I will also attach email exchanges from New Sun Energies to another reply so you can see who is the one lying here, New Sun Energies.
After the client reached out about a non operating system, we had multiple people investigate and review the possible problems. In the mean time, we had a technician train the client to set-up the monitor system and analyze its production. The system was actually operating, and there seemed to be...
some misunderstanding about the operation and how to read the output information of the solar system. We apologize for your frustration, but we had to check and review the data with the manufacture and utility company to isolate what the actual problems were, as everything seemed to be functional. So we are glad that that the end result was that the system is functioning and we will be available with any more questions or concerns moving forward. We have remedied everything with the client and he has agreed that our resolve was satisfactory.
Dear Mr. [redacted],We sincerely apologize for some of the frustration you are feeling. Currently, we are moving forward with the project and have been in contact with you this week in relation to us finalizing and completing the project. There were some things that happened outside our control with...
your particular project, and the Holiday Season did unfortunately create some delay in getting the authorized municipalities and vendors to move forward. When we were not allowed access to the property, it did prevent us from finishing the project. As of now, the project only needs one more hour or so of work to be completely done. Overall, we appreciate and honor your business, and we have all the admiration and support to our veterans. We look to complete this system very soon so that you and your household can go solar. Thank you and please be sure to call ###-###-#### with any questions.Sincerely, New Sun Energies

June 21, 2017I acknowledge receipt of response from New Sun Energies. However, their response is not acceptable.First of all, I don't know who sent it. No name given as to who wrote the response. I identified myself and disclosed my name and full address so that it was clear who the complaint was from. It is mentioned thatthis matter or complaint will be forwarded to the executive management so see what options New Sun Energieshas to resove all these matters. There is only ONE MATTER to resolve. A subcontractor who performed the installationof the solar panels at our home has not been paid according to him (Mr. Gregory S[redacted] of S[redacted] ourof Cedar Park, Texas . Who is the executive management this complaint will be forwarded to for resolution? My wife and I have spoken with basically everyone in the executive management to include, Celeste D[redacted] in Administration Dept., Miquela T[redacted], Project Coordinator, Jen B[redacted] Senior Project Coordinator, Pablo C[redacted], CEO, and Charles W[redacted], Customer Advocate. You see, the reason I have all these names documented is because of the many times I had to call because of different problems and issues that surfaced during the lenght of our solar panel installation project. There is no question that the option New Sun Energies needs to exercise is pay the subcontractor the unpaid balanced owed him so that the lien on our property is removed by Gregory S[redacted] from S[redacted]. My wife and I don't have anything to do or need to be involved in the matter between New Sun Energies and S[redacted]. I have a heart condition and the worry and stress this situation has caused me has needed medical attention as I have been seen by my physician twice already since the date of the first letter which was May 15, 2017. Let me hear from you asap. [redacted]
We called the customer and will be completing the solar panels install this week. We spoke in length regarding some of the issues, and we provided some resolve and time frames to the concerns he discussed. The other promotional items, as usual, are provided AFTER the solar install. The gift...
card, the smart thermostat, are all promotional items that will be delivered after the completion of the install. The sub-panel will also be added in the time frame discussed via the install team. We deeply apologize for the frustration you experienced, but we will do whatever we can to make you happy with the end result. Next week we will follow up to ensure all work is completed as needed.
We are glad [redacted] that your project has been completed and that everything is operating as it should be regarding your solar system. Please be sure to call 1-888-224-0805, the correct phone number. We honor first and foremost what is on the contract, and there is nothing on the contract regarding...
the TV as a promotional item. We have a signed Docu-sign contract that is in our database with no TV outlined, as shown in the attachment included. Hopefully this clarifies the matter and we appreciate the opportunity to present our side. Thank you.
We resolved all questions the customer had. Project is proceeding and installation of solar system is scheduled. Customer is happy with the outcome. We always strive for our customers to have a positive experience. Solar is a benefit to help save customers money and help the...

I [redacted], will withdraw the complaint upon confirmation (verification) that [redacted] has been refunded, the credit reporting agencies have [redacted] & New Sun Energies transaction/account removed, and I get a physical written copy of the aforementioned confirmation mailed to the...
address that is currently on record. I refuse to withdraw the complaint on words of action alone, due to the lack of integrity that New Sun Energies has consistently demonstrated. --[redacted]

power as of 12/23/2016. No financing was procured or payments for the installation were made until 6/13/16. We helped her obtain financing through [redacted], which she was explained the financing terms and she requested the lower monthly payment option of the higher interest rate of 5.99% for a 20-year loan. We considered this project completed and done at this point.2.) On 9/21/16, she called back stating she wanted the same type of loan that the referral client (her neighbor) she provided, which was the larger monthly payment but had the lower rate of 2.99% and shorter loan of 12 years. Under no obligation ere we required to fulfil her request but since we are very customer service oriented. I worked with [redacted] to see if they could reverse the loan and provide the terms she requested. After months of escalating the request to multiple managers with [redacted], I was finally successful to convert the loan internally. New Sun Energies even paid an additional dealer finance fee to accommodate [redacted].We kindly request that this complaint be closed and withdrawn since it is an unwarranted clairn and truly believe it is a mere misunderstanding of her current financing. I will also contact the client to request that she withdraws the complaint once I can explain everything to her again. Please advise how to proceed and we thank you for allowing us to resolve this issue.Regards, Celeste D[redacted]Customer Service Manager
[redacted] first I would like to apologize about any miscommunication or misunderstandings that may occurred during the sales process. We have been in mutual communication to try tofind a solution. We installed exactly what was in the contract per state law. The system would produce...
exactly what the proposal we submitted to the customer said it would produce. After installation, the customer wanted to remove the system because it didn’t have a battery backup system. We explained that was not in the contract and offered a better solution than the battery backup system. He didn’t want to pay for that solution, and in our efforts to make a customer happy, we removed the system and lost many thousands of dollars. The customer is now saying the roof repair was not sufficient. We spoke with the customer and will be sending another roofing technician to review the prior repairs. Hopefully after all is done, we can be in a good standing with your family as that is always our goal.
