I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] reply is not quite correct.  I did not come in to get a free battery.  I came in for a copy of the warranty they did not provide when I bought the original battery earlier.  It was then I noticed the discrepancy on the bill and asked if the billing seemed correct.  He responded by quizzically asking me if the battery was in a difficult location, or required any special handling that would require additional labor over and above a normal installation.  I said no.  He seemed puzzled and said he wasn't involved and couldn't verify what work had been done,  therefore, wouldn't make an adjustment.  He then said "the best he could do would give me 50 bucks but that was it!"  It was then I asked him to give me a second battery in lieu of a refund.  He would not.  I said alright, I'll take the $50.  I was then called a f...ing it and told to get my as out of his shop.  I hardly think [redacted] showed any willingness to work with me and I don't think his verbal display (in front of other people) was hardly appropriate.  He could not understand the billing any more than I could but was unwilling to check with the employee who did.  My complaint remains as to the overbilling.  I was overcharged and [redacted] knows it.  As to further action perhaps small claims.
