Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The documentation that was provided by Boise Valley Towing was inadequate to support their claim that proper signage is posted at the entrance to the parking lot where the towing event occurred In fact, they provided a picture of signage that was exactly miles away from the towing location in a completely separate and different parking lot I have included pictures of main entrance from Old Horsebend Road where there are clearly no signage posted by as required by City codeAll other signage per ordinances are reference by "Boise City Code" Without proper signage, this is consider an unlawfully towed of my vehicle This is the primary premise to my claim for refund As for the early entrance to the park, my son had a 8;am game and are required to be on the field ready to warm up by 7:am Upon entering the parking prior to 7:am (and before surprise), they was absolutely no temporary signs in place or for that matter, a volunteer present As indicated by the Director, they rely on volunteers to place these 'sandwich' boards between 7:- 8:am Again, Boise Valley is exploiting the lack of signage at the main entrance (Horsebend Road) for revenue generation scheme and rely technically on a signage that is almost mile apart in a totally separate parking lotBtw, some of the pictures provided by Boise Valley Towing were not legible and really are not admissible to their defense Regards, [redacted]

Boise Valley Towing has been contracted by Boise City Parks and Recreation to patrol the Optimist Sports Complex to impound vehicles that are NOT PARKED IN DESIGNATED PARKING SPACES, or are parked in marked yellow or red zones. I have attached photos that show that this vehicle was
clearly not parked in a marked parking stall as well as the fact as it was clearly parked right next to white NO PARKING paint on the pavement itself. The entrances of the park are marked on the weekends with sandwich board signs at both entrances, one off of Hill Road and one off of Horseshoe Bend Rd. I am sure if you contact the Optimist organization, they would be happy to submit a photo of the parking warning verbiage on those signs. The area where this vehicle was parked is an open area where the shuttle buses turn around (as they are dropping off people who appropriately use the free provided shuttle system that the Optimist program has instituted to help with the shortage of parking.) It is in fact an area where people continually offend and park even when they are not supposed to and it is closely monitored, as often times when one vehicle owner fails to obey the rules and park there, several others usually follow, thereby clogging the area and making it impassable for the shuttle buses as well as for any emergency vehicles who may need to respond to the park as the result of an injury or emergency. The towing charges are all done per the Boise City Ordinance and are set by them at a city level, including the after hours gate fee. That gate fee is charged per vehicle, not by the number of people who may show up at our office at the same time to retrieve a vehicle. Again, we are contracted by the City of Boise Parks and Recreation to perform these impounds to keep the parking situation at the Park under control and do not prey on innocent people at our leisure. We do however take our job of keeping the driveways, fire lanes, and yellow zones clear of parking offenders so that the shuttle bus and emergency vehicle access is never compromised. These charges stand as submitted and I am happy to present my position as many times to as many people as necessary to validate that this was an authorized tow of a vehicle that was not properly parked in the Optimist Park parking lot

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I
found no picture attachedThe sandwich boards were not in place when I enter
the complex early that morning I parked
in the dark and later discovered a fainted and partial verbal on the
pavement. Again, there is proper signage at the entrance
that list the towing ordinance which is required by law. Boise Valley Towing is preying on poor markings and lack of signage. You are motivate not to bring this matter to the City of Boise attention.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The documentation that was provided by Boise Valley Towing was inadequate to support their claim that proper signage is posted at the entrance to the parking lot where the towing event occurred. In fact, they provided a picture of signage that was exactly miles away from the towing location in a completely separate and different parking lot. I have included pictures of main entrance from Old Horsebend Road where there are clearly no signage posted by as required by City code. All other signage per ordinances are reference by "Boise City Code". Without proper signage, this is consider an unlawfully towed of my vehicle. This is the primary premise to my claim for refund. As for the early entrance to the park, my son had a 8;am game and are required to be on the field ready to warm up by 7:am. Upon entering the parking prior to 7:am (and before surprise), they was absolutely no temporary signs in place or for that matter, a volunteer present. As indicated by the Director, they rely on volunteers to place these 'sandwich' boards between 7:- 8:00 am. Again, Boise Valley is exploiting the lack of signage at the main entrance (Horsebend Road) for revenue generation scheme and rely technically on a signage that is almost mile apart in a totally separate parking lot. Btw, some of the pictures provided by Boise Valley Towing were not legible and really are not admissible to their defense.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Boise Valley Towing is defering to a City of Boise even thought it was their action that created this event. They collected the towing fees and not the City of Boise. I am seeking clarification from the City as well. My request for refunding still resides with Boise Valley towing. I will continue to pursue.
