Review: I am elderly man that was requesting some information about how to go about to register a claim that Mr. B[redacted] was the agent to the bond of a probate to an Estate. He clearly try to stop me from getting the information I needed. He treated me rude and hung up the phone without letting me ask any questions. I have never been treated so badly. I tried to call back an hour later hoping he would honor my request and his son who answer the phone told me that they are not bondman for probate of an estate. That was a lie and it was the second attempt to try to push off an elderly man from trying to put in a claim. They disturb me so greatly that I almost forgot the whole thing but decided that they should not get away with this and they have probably done this before and are use to getting away with this process. I hope something can be doneDesired Settlement: letter stating they are sorry for my treatment and another local contact that I can deal with to go further with my claim. I also want to have a letter to go to the Board of Insurance about my treatment of this agency. Because I fell like he has done this before to old people. But most of us when treated poorly do not know where to go so they just drop it. The Board should put them on notice.

Regards,

He's not telling the truth. He cut me off. He did everything he could to not answer my questions about what is a bondsman role on a probate. I had to call the headquarters of his insurance to get my answers so I could file a claim. They were very nice. They answered all my questions.I also reported to them what he did to me. They did not like what he did. He still does not want to own up to how he treated a customer and his son lied to me when I called back. He said that there company did not do bonds for probate. He is not a professional
