Review: Residential driveway installed 3 years ago has extreme and unacceptable cracking through out full length of driveway.
Cracking in the asphalt began a year after installation. The driveway was professionally sealed but still the cracking has continued. After walking over the length of the driveway, it is apparent that either the asphalt thickness is too thin, or the asphalt itself is poor quality. The driveway is cracking not just at the edges but also in the center of the parking area.Desired Settlement: Asking for 7,000.00 dollars. Initial price was approximately 10,000. Was told drive would last 10-15 years, it has only been three.
