I am rejecting this response because:
The case as to the scheduled property that is the subject of this complaint was denied by [redacted] Insurance before the proof of loss form was even received by me.  The stated reason for the denial was a hidden clause in the policy which was not disclosed by Vashawn H[redacted] an B[redacted] Insurance when the policy purchase was negotiated and approved.  
The sequence of events included a claim filed with the [redacted] Silver Spring, MD office.  It was assigned to an adjuster in North Carolina named [redacted] at [redacted] ext. [redacted].  Before they could even send out the proof of loss forms for the filing it was declined.  [redacted] did suggest that I file for the unscheduled property anyway.  I asked if I should file a police report and [redacted] said no.
I spoke with Vashawn H[redacted] that Friday.  He said that he could work it out.  On Monday, no call from him nor would he take my calls.  So I contacted the office of the CEO of [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] on ###-###-####.  She pushed it back to the claims manager in Silver Spring, MD, Steve H[redacted].  I did not hear from him and then called him on his direct number ###-###-####.  He confirmed that they would not cover the scheduled property which is the subject matter on this claim with Revdex.com.  
The unscheduled property was filed with [redacted] totaling over $12,000 in value.  This claim is still pending since they do not want to pay anything.  In fact the regional senior property supervisor Brian H[redacted] in Hagerstown, MD called and accused me of insurance fraud and has referred this to their attorney for a deposition in Baltimore.  No further contact from them but some random insurance investigator in Virginia called on their behalf,  That was over a week ago and nothing further.
Vashawn H[redacted] and B[redacted] Insurance , it owner George B[redacted] are quite reporting the correct situation.  In fact after the corporate office was involved Vashawn called me to let me know that he would not work on my behalf and dropped the claim back on me, not him as my insurance agent.  
Therefore we not only have fraudulent sales tactics, but also no customer follow up.  I request an arbitration of this claim against B[redacted].

Review: In 2012 I changes my insurance on my then rented property in Potomac Md to this company and [redacted] Insurance on Vashawn H[redacted]'s recommendation. He is the president of the agency. I informed him of the coverage I had with [redacted], which he guaranteed the new policy matched. In June 2013 I moved back into the property and converted the policy to a homeowner's policy and added over $70,000 in itemized jewelry that was my late wife's legacy to my daughters. These were itemized and appraised. There was a clause in the policy not disclosed by the agent that any item marked as "in vault" prior to removing th agent needed to be notified and additional insurance paid. This is not a normal clause and Mr. H[redacted] knew that these items would be taken out, worn and put back in place. Until a loss occured this fall, this was never brought forward. In fact when I filed the claim my agent tried to disappear.

Multiple items were gone. The itemized coverage was $23,700 plus approximately $10,000 in unscheduled property. When the claim was filed it was assigned to an adjusted in North Carolina from [redacted]. She suggested that I also include the uncheduled property since it was covered for an additional $5,000 maximum under the policy. So I did. She also later informed me of the clause in the policy for the scheduled items. THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME IT WAS EVER PRESENTED AND NOTED TO ME.

My claim against B[redacted] is the lack of disclosure of the is clause. Vashawn H[redacted] knew our practices in using the property, and failed to propertly advise us. As such we are out these items and now [redacted] is seeking ways to not honor the rest of the claim including insinuations of "insurance fraud", calls from their investigators, and intimidation of their attorney [redacted] in Baltimore to do a deposition. I have never exp[redacted]nced this type of treatment from an insurance company, or agency.Desired Settlement: Since the agent and agency did not property disclose, and since [redacted] Insurance has declined the claim, and used intimidation to try to get me to withdraw the entire claim, I expect payment for or replacement of the items by the agent, agency, its ownership entity, or principals.
