Bojangles Famous Chicken & Biscuits

I purchased a Bo box which was almost $50.00I made the purchase on 6/30/16 about 7pm. I split the box with my stepkids to take home. When my husband and I went to eat our food the chicken inside was bloody. I called back and the manager told me they do not do refunds that I had to get a replacement. I did not want that after getting bloody chicken. I have pictures that I can send you guys. I was leaving on vacation so I did not have time to keep calling back. I did call the next day but the manager said she would have to get approval from the head manager. While on vacation I lost my receipt. I was going to let it go but I hate being lied to as I know any business can give a refund if you have the product , receipt and pictures. I could have been poisoned as so my husband. Luckily we did not eat it but the kids took it home and did eat it. One of them got sick . I need someone to contact me about this. Thank youDesired SettlementRefund
