Mrs [redacted] came to our restaurant and demanded a refund for her orderThe manager on duty, [redacted] ***, asked Mrs [redacted] for her receipt so the money could be replaced without any problemsMrs [redacted] stated that she did not have a receiptDue to our company policy, we aren't allowed to give someone money without the proof of purchase, but we will replace the food just for the compensation for coming back to our restaurant [redacted] stated to Mrs [redacted] that we can only replace the food she ordered, because she doesn't have proof of purchasing the mealMrs [redacted] then replied to [redacted] , "If I cannot receive my refund, I will call 911." Mrs [redacted] proceeded to call the police, two officers then came up here to Bojangles' and proceeded to find out what needed to be resolved [redacted] then explained to the officers what happened and our policies on receiving refunds, [redacted] replaced the meal that they had ordered and gave the meal to the police, then the police gave the meal to Mrs [redacted] When Mrs [redacted] was leaving the restaurant, she stopped in the middle of our parking lot, proceeded to "flip off" the manager on duty, [redacted] , and threw all of the food we replaced to her at no cost and no valid proof of ever buying the food out the car window into our parking lot [redacted] then went outside and cleaned up the mess, and continued to run the store until close [redacted] is one of the most genuine nice guys you will ever meetI have never received a complaint on [redacted] the year he has been a manager at this locationI just hope I supplied you with enough information to get this resolvedIf you need a police report, I'm sure I can get that for you as well Thanks, Alex Dowdy General Manager Bojangles-Peters Creek ###-###-####

Only with the evening shift , I have received the wrong order three times and a partial order once Once I complained about the cleanliness to the server at the drive through window and she just closed the window and walked away After banging on the window the manager appeared and offered only excuses, Twice I kollowed up complaining to the day manager and she reported they had many problems wth the night crew I asked about speaking to the owner and she stated they were not allowed to give out his nameShe finally took my name and phone number and she would give it to the owner, After four days I still have not heard from the owner

Revdex.com spoke with a representative from the business who stated that what occurred with the customer was that he asked for a refund back on his debit card, which was givenShe stated that it takes 7-days for the money to go back on the card, and the customer did not wait to receive the money back
but filed a complaint insteadShe also stated that because the customer was not willing to wait for the refund to take 7-days, they wrote him a cash money order, and that the refund has since gone through, so at this point, the customer has received his money back twice, in double the amount that was initially paid

Review: date of event 3/18/16. I entered the bojangles with my wheelchair bound friend and went to order food. as I was ordering I heard cursing and loud disrespectful conversation from the crew members. The commotion was so loud and offensive that I thought a physical altercation was ensuing and was afraid for myself and my friend inside with me. I asked the cashier what was happening and she expressed to me that this happens everyday and that there was a racial issue on the staff currently. This altercation lasted the entire time my food was being prepared. The cashier tried to minimize the altercation where as the manager continued to just holler at the staff as well stating that he needed them to get along. I am very offended about this situation and brought it to the attention of bojangles and have not had a response back. I am also alarmed that when I called the comments/suggestion # on my receipt that (###-###-####) the # had been forwarded to a cellphone and I believe the manager as done this so this situation would not be addressed. Also during my quick departure out of the restaurant. I was charged for an item that I did not receive costing me $1.59. I feel this needs to be immediately addressed. I am sure that I will never use this business again because the atmosphere felt more like a war zone than somewhere a family should go for a meal.Desired Settlement: I would desire several things to take place.

1. refund of my money

2. contact from the manager on duty and the manager of that store

3. what is the punishment of employees and managers to act in the above way described

4. how and when this situation was addressed by Bojangles

Review: Bojangles served stale chicken thru their drive thru window on Peters Creek Rd. We usually go to the one in South Roanoke, big difference, the food is always good and hot. This manager was rude and outright nasty. Why would I want more stale chicken that he wanted to replace. I want my $21. and some change refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund my $21. he can the change.
