Boji Bay Fun House

HORRIBLE company and customer service. I purchased a family pass the last week in January for the pool/splash pad/mini golf. Pools didn't open until 4th of July week after giving several excuses as to why the delay. I went in person to get refund on June 24th and after SEVERAL phone calls (which no one would answer) and several voicemails being unresponded to, I finally got a refund July 24th after threatening legal action.
