Ok I recall this complaint now and stand by my earlier response knives are not made to pry with, they are made to cut steel does not just bend without very serious pressure

NOT made for prying (the tip bent under pressure), this is 440c grade steel, is doesn’t just bend without significant force being applied to it.  I would recommend that if he wants to avoid the fee, he return it to the company he purchased the knife from directly.   Also, any [redacted] search should show my contact information should folks need to contact me.   Please let me know if you need anything else.   [redacted]
