Our records show the mobile number for this [redacted] has (1) charge of 60.00 USD used to purchased virtual content, Wallet Funds, through the online site through the Sony online web store.
We have reviewed the [redacted]'s support...

requests and have confirmed that we have provided them with the information required on how to dispute the charge. As this [redacted] did not provide all required documentation for the dispute, a refund was not approved. We're more than happy to reconsider the request for a refund, however, for claims of unauthorized charges we require that a police report be filed.
Please find below the information that was requested from the [redacted] via their support requests through us so that we may further assist with their inquiry.
To proceed with a refund request, we require the [redacted] to provide the following:
1. A copy of a police report confirming that the fraudulent activity has been reported to the authorities.
2. The total amount that you are requesting to be reimbursed.
We have also confirmed again in our system that the number the [redacted] had provided to us has indeed been blocked from use with our [redacted]. We would also recommend that the [redacted] contact their network provider to block Premium SMS, Carrier Billing and Third Party charges should they wish the number to not be used for purchases.
Once we have received the requested information from the [redacted], we'd be more than happy to further assist them with their request for a refund. The [redacted] is welcome to forward that information to us directly via email [redacted]@boku.com, or via our support portal http://support.boku.com.

Hello,
We wanted to follow up on this case. The case was reconsidered by Senior Management, and an exception was approved for this case to process the refund without the police report being provided. The refund has been processed directly back to the [redacted]'s mobile account. They should see a credit or adjustment within the next 1-2 billing statement cycles.
The mobile number that was charged has been blocked from use with our [redacted]. We also recommend that the [redacted] contact their network provider to block premium services.
