Fix website, misleading hrs of operation, services not honored,don't tell patrons first come first serve, actually offer appointments
I bought tires on 10-11-2019 along with purchasing Gold Road Hazzard Warranty for the tires at 66.00 ,free rotation and repairs. Boland has hours listed on their website from 8:00am to 5:00 PM, I was told when I called for an appointment, appointments are not accepted ...YET... look at their website it clearly states appointments and click here to schedule. I was told first come first serve and at this time there is at least a 2 hour wait.I clearly stated oh, well I will wait at home ( Due to Covid 19 I felt safer waiting at home) this call was made around noon. I also asked how late they were open to and was told until 5:00pm. NOTHING WAS SAID TO ME ABOUT REDUCED HOURS !! I drove to their business walked in at 3:40 pm saw 1 patron waiting and started to tell the man behind the counter that I had called earlier and was told 2 hr wait, no appt accepted. I said my tire pressure is low I think I might have a nail or something could you please look at this? The man behind the counter clearly told me NO, I asked why not ? I said you are open until 5:00 it is only 3:40pm. I was told that there were people ahead of me that had dropped off tires for repair and that he had 3 people on and WOULD NOT ASK THEM TO WORK OVER to repair my tire. I said are you kidding me?!! I sputtered while leaving out loud why did I spend almost 900.00 on tires for you to REFUSE service to me and you just lost my business. I left drove around the block to *** to find out the Automotive dept is closed. I then drove home on the way I called Boland to speak to the manager and tried to tell him he shouldn't be REFUSING service to me, he tried to tell me he didn't which we clearly argued about. I told him everything I had done to try and get service from the business, so literally he told me to come in the next day and I said to him.... so let me get this straight you refused service to me today, you want me to possibly have a flat tire the next day, you are expecting a 58 year old woman to change her flat tire and bring it into you how???? I want to see changes to their website, changes to how they operate their business , it should NOT be BASED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS WHEN THEIR WEBSITE CLEARLY STATES MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!! Not to mention I will now have to go another tire service as they clearly are NOT HONORING their warranties that I paid for.
Changes to the verbage on their website, which is MISLEADING!!! When calling employees should be telling you there are LIMITED HOURS OF OPERATION even though the hours say open until 5. An apology would be extremely nice, especially when you operate a business you should be striving for GOOD CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND SERVICE! I myself work with the public in the Healthcare field and I WOULD NEVER REFUSE SERVICE to any of my patrons.

We at Boland Tire strive to make every customer our number one priority. We by no means refuse service to any customer, we merely ask every customer to be patient with us in these strange times. We are short of help due to the current situation and are doing our best to help everyone. I was unaware that our website said we are still taking appointments. We have tried to take appointments but it has not worked well due to the unknown of every situation of each vehicle that comes in. I am sorry that when she came in 3 hours and 40 minutes after her call and that we were still very busy. Every customer is important to us as is our staff who has had to work very hard to keep up with everything in these strange times. We have had other people express the same concerns recently with all the changes and all but this time, everyone has been understanding and adapted themselves to the changes. I have reached out to *** on social media and gave her my cell number. I hope to hear from her to personally give her my apology and address her concerns and make changes for the better so this does not happen again.

I did receive an apology from Matt Boland.I have requested the 66.00 I paid for warranty be refunded to me,he agreed to this if I give them another chance to have tires fixed for free.
