Bold Action Media took photos of my daughter in August at a swim meetThe initial information I was given was that a week after the meet we would get a link to view the photosThis link never came and after several attempts to contact someone, I spoke to Melissa who advised she would find the photos and send me the linkI finally got the link and ordered two photosI received the photos 10/17/At that time I realized that one photo I was sent was not of my daughterI contacted Melissa who responded on 10/19/that she would again check the photos on 10/20/and let me knowI did not hear from her and emailed her on 10/25/Again, I did not hear from her so I emailed her on 11/2/asking for a refund for the one photoAs of today, 11/15/16, I have not heard from anyone at Bold Action MediaThe quality of photos were good but the service was not
